Had appt for 12 today they called and asked could I come at 2 I said sure I got there checked in was told to have a seat and they would call Mr. I waited 1 hour and was called In At 3 pm everyone was complaining. I asked front desk was told they do not schedule pace maker checks. I thought about rescheduling but since I was there and 30 miles from home I would just wait. I understand sometime they run behind but seems like it happens a lot. I love my cardiologist Dr. West and ge is great. Today was a pacercheck.

Office is staff is friendly and efficient. They answered the questions I had and addressed any concerns as well. I appreciate the communication with any changes and that they value and consider the time I need to step away from work for the appointments. As a younger patient with cardiac concerns I have felt heard and that the team is doing what they can to rule out any issues. This gives me peace of mind.

I met quite a few of the staff for the first time, they are all very pleasant, while they’re are enjoying their job and working at warp speed to get everyone in with their doctors, records then on to the next patient. Visiting with the Doctor as she reviews my records, discussed how I was doing, satisfied with my progress, said I’ll see you in 9 months to a year. You live so close so if you need me call. I felt very confident , grateful that I’ve met a a heart doctor who’s brilliant, knowledgeable so close.

The personnel that take the phone calls are absolutely rude. I have tried to have a referral sent. My current doctor has confirmation it was sent. They state on their end it wasn't received. I asked who they could speak to, to make sure it was received. I was told there is nobody they can talk to. She stated they are behind and trying to catch them all up, but then later stated that the faxes come in directly to their computers and there is no referral for me. She was very rude and told me she didn't know what to tell me. I am a heart patient that needs to have a local doctor after moving and the phone calls to this business have been down right unprofessional and rude. I will travel 2 hours to remain at my Doctor who is kind along with the staff that speak to me! Don't waste your time on trying to move because clearly they are not interested in new patients. Also, I asked to speak to someone in charge and was told she is in charge and that she is giving me the answer she can provide.

Dr West was very good at explaining and clarifying his instructions and information.
My son also had an appointment. He is Downs Syndrome and Dr West spoke directly to him and made sure he understood. I appreciate his direct approach.

My visit was great. Dr M. Lazard is thorough, kind, supremely informative and very knowledgeable. Also she’s patient and has a wonderful sense of humor! Glad my pulmonologist referred her.

Dr. Broome Webster is a thorough, caring Dr who takes the time to explain everything so the patient understands and has always welcomed questions. I feel comfortable in his office and I do not dread office visits. The expertise and care I have received is excellent!

Dr West is a very competent and caring Doctor. I think genuine is the word that describes him the best. The staff are cordial and very kind.
