I was referred to Dr. Potdar by my primary care doctor for my gallbladder problems. I found him to be kind, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. He was very easy to talk to and really listened to what I said. I felt safe and comfortable with him doing my surgery. His office staff is AWESOME! They are compassionate, and very nice - all the time. They office runs smoothly and I have never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes at an appointment. Great surgeon and great staff!

Dr. Cason is excellent! I had 2 abdominal surgeries 1 week apart and he went above and beyond any other treatment I had. My condition ended up being quite serious and I am so thankful he was my surgeon. He listened to me, explained everything and was very caring! Plus he is an excellent physician. I would recommend him to anyone needing surgery.

The Doctor and his team are great. The doctor was running a bit late due to some emergency surgeries and his staff was kind enough to provide water and kept me apprised of the delay. They also picked up my scans when I had forgotten. Truly a great team.

I was very happy to be seen by Dr Guerrero and his office. The examination was thorough, Dr G explained what he was doing and looking for and sent me for further testing. The tests were well executed by the technician who was knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. She explained how the body works, veins and arteries, and what the display was showing. Her expertise made the experience pleasant. The office staff know how to deal with the insurance company and were very accurate in their billing. Overall..... EXCELLENT

Dr. Cason was excellent. He explained numerous pieces of information about the medical issues I was having and the surgery he would perform. I saw him before and after surgery and he was so very nice and kind. Dr.Cason is very passionate and compassionate. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Turschluse is a respectable old school doctor that genuinely cares about his patients and their needs. His staff are helpful, caring and as genuine as he is. They sincerely put the patients and their needs into proper consideration as they tackle their work tasks. I'm able to say with certainty that I am blessed to have been taken care of by Dr. Turschluse and his staff. I would refer their services to everyone hands down.

My sister-in-law is starting the dialysis soon. We were referred to Nature Coast Surgical Specialists by her renal specialist. Dr. Rivera was very detailed and informative about his role in the process will play out. He didn't rush and genuinely cared.

As my sister-in-law's proxy, I had to re-explain how he was going to create fipullas and monitor their condition. As I explained it, I would look to him to make sure I explained it correctly. I used a plumbing metaphor that she could understand. When I made an error, he continued with my analogy to make sure she understood everything.

I've been around doctors most of my life due to various family illnesses. I learned early on to always question the staff and look through their answers for the "real" meaning. Dr. Rivera's staff love him and you can see it in how comfortable they make the patients. It's easy to hold a good natured conversation with them. They're eager to answer your questions and go the extra mile.

Bottomline: Dr. Rivera is one of those physicians that doesn't think he's G-D and his staff are great to be around. I know that in the stress that comes with figuring out the whole dialysis thing, this part isn't a stressor. I feel totally comfortable leaving my sister-in-law in their capable hands.
