ad a terrible experience at Care Spot in Nocatee. One of the PAs didn’t even bother to ask about my current medications or my health history before prescribing me steroids I never needed. The result? I suffered from severe migraines, dizziness, and constant facial flushing. The lack of care and attention to basic patient safety was astounding. It’s clear that patient well-being isn’t a priority here—just a rush to dispense medication without any proper assessment. I’ll never return, and I urge others to look elsewhere for care if they value a bit of professionalism and common sense.

The "We Don't Care Spot"... I had a terrible experience. I filled out the data entry pad and explained my issue, was told I had to pay before the service, only to have the doctor walk in and say "Sorry, We can't help you with your stomach ache and you have to go somewhere else"...Yet, they had no problems with charging me and also making me pee in a cup before I got to go into an exam room. I've never had to pee in a cup randomly. A urine sample is pre surgical. Wasted an hour and a half in pain. Spent 60 Dollars on a useless urine sample. They really just DONT CARE HERE !

I do not reccommend this practice. Try any other urgent care than this one. My son made an appointment and ended up waiting for an hour an a half after his appointment time to be seen. The Dr. saw him for all of 5 minutes. He had 3 thing he wanted to discuss. She would only allow him to talk about 2 and said he could come back tomorrow to talk about the 3rd thing because she needed to see other patients. She was rude and said she would give him a steroid for a cough that he has had for a month and a half. And then didn't call it in. We had to call back and she said he didn't need it. That was not explained at the appointment. We are very frustrated with this visit.

I strongly recommend you don't take your child here. The 1st visit here my son was given the wrong dosage of antibiotics for his age and weight and his initial ear infection upgraded to walking pneumonia needing more antibiotics when diagnosed by his old pediatrician while home for Thanksgiving in NYC. The 2nd visit her come in as a walk-in with a 6 year old clearly in distress, fever, and pretty evident all signs showing he has an ear infection and they choose to proceed and make hime wait over an hour to keep appointments. FYI there were only 2 people in the waiting area when we entered. It's called URGENT CARE and CHILDREN should always take precedent over the 30 year old male who walked in acting totally fine and was in and out in 25 minutes because he had a 4:45 appointment. WAKE UP!!!!

0 stars. How can you have a 2 hour wait and not allow people to put their name in and return shortly? I get there could be a wait but to have to sit and wait instead of coming back in a bit if we just wanted to grab food and return so as to not to eat where people are sick.

I then realized they were set to close in an hour so perhaps they just said that so we would leave so they could get out on time. Which we happily did. Very unprofessional. Got into a different urgent care within a half an hour and were actually greeted by someone who seemed to care instead of being a bother.

Doctor Nilda was excellent last night at 8 PM on a Sunday night helping me diagnose that I had type A flu after a week of holidays.

She was very comforting and knowledgeable on things I could do to help me medically feel better. I have been to care spot many times and the level of care I received has always been a 10 out of 10.

We went there for my son’s ankle. He had sprained it a night before . The doctor was really polite but I would have preferred meeting him again when I got the xray answer. I was there and the receptionist told me that my son is good . That was the answer. Till the moment I was there the girl at the front desk seemed like she was in the mood for having people around. Her way of answering was really rude , and was wearing a fake smile all the time , like she was bullying at you. She really made me feel uncomfortable, like I was doing smth wrong , like the contrary. I was too polite with her.

Everytime I go to this location it is a hit or miss. Either it’s someone who is very resourceful and polite or it’s someone who has a nasty attitude and is very unprofessional. Well today it was someone who is very unprofessional. I called prior to making the appointment to see if the location did the particular tests I needed they told me yes. When I arrived the employee say oh well we don’t do that type of test now and walked away while I was mid sentence of asking questions. I will never give this location any of my business again.
