There was an accident on the way to my appointment so I called the office to let them know I’d be 10 minutes late. Upon arrival they let me know that “the provider” wanted me to reschedule for the middle of the day. The rudeness of that combined with The fact that I have been there for 2 “ Physicals” and all she does is check my blood pressure and order blood work but doesn’t actually examine me and still changes my insurance for a physical is ridiculous and it’s part of why healthcare cost have gotten out of control in this country.
