I first visited True Wellness after tweaking my back working out. The practice had good reviews, so I gave them a try. Dr. Heinz is great. He’s not the type of chiro that will prescribe unnecessary treatments to take your money. As an active person, I visit monthly for adjustments and maintenance. I feel great and have maintained and improved my range of motion. I would definitely recommend Dr. Heinz if you’ve looking for a chiropractor.

I came to True Wellness with a shoulder injury. I have seen chiropractors over many years. None compare to Dr Heinz. He spends 30 minutes during the visit, and the treatments are very effective and get results quickly. Unlike other chiropractors that want you to come for multiple visits ongoing, his goal is to treat and help you quickly. He prevented me from needing surgery and injections. I highly recommend True Wellness and Dr Ryan Heinz

I saw Dr Heinz back in late January and February 2021. I pulled my right lower back just leaning forward on the couch to work on my laptop. Prior to that it was a bit sore from rowing and deadlifting in the garage. I was looking for someone who was certified in Active Relief Techniques. I Googled and found Dr Heinz. It was a bit of a drive for me but I don’t mind I’ll drive for a service to get me back right. The office is clean and front desk very kind and welcoming. Dr Heinz listened and was able to pin point the areas that needed work done. He was professional and gave me knowledge and things to be aware of from now on. I saw him a second time to follow up and by then my back was better. He made sure I knew how to do my lower back exercises and to be mindful when I did everyday life and keep my core tight and intact instead of passively going. I appreciate that. I highly recommend his services.

Dr Heinz is awesome!
He helped eliminate my neck pain in only a couple visits!
He did not try to have me come back over and over for many treatments as many Chiropractors do.
His goal is to help solve the issue as quickly as he can.

This is a beautiful, new office with state of the art equipment. I've been to Dr. Heinz four times. His initial consultation with me was very thorough. He listens and observes very well - a good communicator. I've had very limited experience with chiropractors so I can't do much comparison but his technique is gentle and effective. He doesn't rush me in and out of the office. I have already referred several friends to him.

What caught my attention was the set of weights and the space Dr Heinz had in his office for demonstrating to his patients what they can do to help themselves get better. I have only been in for the initial consultation and evaluation which included a series of questions, stretches, and other techniques to target my tense upper back muscles - very relaxing. Dr. Heinz was thorough, professional, and spent quite a bit of time with me. I plan to return soon for regular follow ups and stretches/adjustments. Highly recommend!

Dr. Heinz is the third chiropractor I’ve tried in the area & the very best! What I love: takes his time! Initial appointment is at least an hour, & follow-up visits are a full half hour, so I actually feel like I’m getting my money’s worth & enough bodywork to make a difference! He uses ART & some traditional, which I have found to be the best method, addressing both joint/bone AND muscle and fascia. I also like that he does the traditional appointment- individual times vs a crowd of 20 people show up at the same time and watch each other get adjusted (weird and churchy). His receptionist is so nice. Their communication is great and easy. Above all, my low back and hip pain has been decreased dramatically, decreasing inflammation all over & helping me feel better and more mobile than I have in a long time.
