After driving 45 mins. from my home to attend an initial consultation in Deland, I was told they could not schedule my procedure until November. Given it was a routine procedure, I reluctantly accepted the November appointment. I subsequently received a call 2 weeks later saying they had to cancel the November procedure due to several physicians leaving the practice and they could not provide a timeline on when they would be able to reschedule it. Absolutely ridiculous to run a practice in this manner! Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time or gas with this place!

Thought I'd follow up on the response from the owner. I did respond to their request -- it went no where. So if reading don't think it was an outreach aimed at addressing issues. I guess it is more about PR to offset negative criticisms than about resolving issues.

Disappointed with the professionalism of the group and support staff. To say they are disorganized is an understatement. They misplace paper work, schedule appointments for procedures incorrectly, and display a general level of incompetence in providing services. If possible, I recommend you look for another practice to meet your needs. After a year of little help and progress, I had to look for another provider.
