Doctor herself is amazing but the administration stuff doesn’t know what they are doing. They forget the referral twice and it cost me 2 days of work. They didn’t authorize my referral to another doctor I wanted for 2 months. They wasted 3 days of my work and countless hours of frustration just because of their incompetence. When they screw up and you try to call them to fix it so you don’t lose your appointment they won’t pick up on any of the 9 phone numbers. They cause me a more trouble then they solved. I’ll be changing the doctor just because of their office

I have no choice at the moment to get medical care here. No matter what branch of services you use they do the absolute worst job they can. Why I ended up writing this, is because I am looking for someone to help and slowly moving up the chains of command. I called my blood pressure meds as well as other in Friday, and because now the last Friday of any month is a half day, I couldn't speak to anyone. I called their pharmacy 15 minutes after they opened, with no one answering. I've spaced out 3 calls between 940am and now 12 pm. So half the day no one is answering. I called the Dr. Office 2x the 1st assured me they were open and said she would transfer me, and if they didn't answer to call back. They didn't answer. I called back another lady picked up and transferred me again, no answer, I called the Dr. Office and tried a different department the phone was picked up, call put on hold, and then hung up. They are 40 minutes away from where I stay and gas isn't cheap. I've already wasted a good 3 hours in phone calls. This is state funded care and it's ridiculous that these people get paid for a job they don't do. Just looking down at people. I think the Representatives should be sent in that fund these places to revamp it. I have not been rude to anyone I have spoke with, saying please and thank you. So this review showed up in my sa person that could help me. EDIT/ADD ON: Here we go again 7-11-24. I called the main number to try to reset an appointment and see if I can do my blood work and set an appointment. Go through the entire "automated" system, just to get a voicemail. See now it's not just the pharmacy that doesn't answer their phones. 3 times Ive called and no one answers I also left a voicemail with my bday number and name. Did not get a call back. I really wish I could do -2 stars. Even the homeless should not be treated this way, waste of state funding. Everyone working their acts like they don't get paid and just look down on people. I cannot wait to never deal with this place again, if I don't do my blood work and see the practitioner (no, MD) I will be out of crucial BP meds and end up in the hospital. That's Broward Health

I am tired of getting the runaround for referrals. It has been 2 weeks, and I am still awaiting a phone from someone named Leslie (she works out of another office) Can't get help on the phone...can't get help unless I have an appointment. This is June...they want to give me an August appointment. My insurance won't let change doctors until 2022. I do not recommend this center for medical care.

They never answer their phone, they always schedule me for appointments without my consent, the doctor said she was going to give me a blood pressure prescription and she never did. Rude people at the front desk who ignore patients and walk away from them when they try to approach them. I can go on and on with all the issues this place got

Bernard p. Alicki health center a.k.a(the little house). Needs some work. They say get a note from the last place you slept. Well who do you go to, to get a note if your sleeping on the streets. Homelessness means you have no where to go .And no where to sleep but the streets. So how can I prove I'm homeless if we have no one to write for me? Think about what's your asking cause sometimes your asking for something I don't have is telling me to get what I need the best way I know how.yet you call me Savage when I do.

Doctors and nurses are very helpful they do their best at work .Appointment are on time this is A busy facility . Security guard is very nice and welcoming.

Danielle Davis is so caring and helpful my first day that I went there her and Carlos greeted me with open arms and doctor goodner is the best and so sweet and is so one-point with my diagnosis and medication and Julie gives the best hugs when I see her each time ty to all of.the staff for helping and making me feel comfortable!!!!!!!¡
