Yesterday, I visited this clinic, and Muriel at the front desk was truly amazing. With her warm smile, patience, and sincere approach, she helped me with everything I needed. I also had an appointment with Dr. Marcos Zaragoza, who was equally wonderful. He was very attentive, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. I sincerely thank both Muriel and Dr. Zaragoza for their kindness and support. This clinic is truly fortunate to have such outstanding staff!

I’ve been through a lot of offices through out the years and by far my favorite medical group the staff is friendly and always in top of things. The doctor is also top tier very patient and explain in detail what everything means 10/10 would recommend to all friends and family

Poor service. I went for a stress test and when I saw twi females in pain I got scared and asked for my copay back which was 200 dollars plus. So I guess after that they start grinding me for that. I asked if I could see the doctor to discuss my EKG the heart ultrasound since I had booked appointment. They said no. We have to book another appointment.
Another appointment at pembroke pines branch. When I reach I am told doctor had to leave in an emergency for a patient who was serious. So can we book another appointment. I said okay but I am busy for the whole two weeks. So they said do telemedicine or telehealth. I said okay. They gave me 3rd April. I told them I have appointment with my gall bladder doctor at 4 pm on the 3rd. They said okay let's do 6 pm. We will do a video call. I said okay.
I was in my gall bladder appointment when at 4 30 I get a message to click the link since doctor is waiting for the telemedicine. I couldn't because I was already in another appointment.
Called again after like 10 days and told them. She said doctor can do telemedicine now. It was 4 45 pm yesterday. Again I am waiting for more then an hour and I don't see any call or message or link. At night when I checked they sent a message at 6 08 pm.
What a fantastic jib of grinding people and walking away from appointments just vecause a patient was scares of doing the stress test. Highly irresponsible. I am just thinking if it's the staff to blame or the doctor also knows about all this. I am sure he must know or maybe he too busy making money.
I would never recommend this place. Apparently they have a good attitude when you go there but it's only episodes like this which reveals the true spirit of their work. They dont treat you as a human being. They treat you as a way to generate money.
