The young blonde girl at the front desk needs to go. She's the reason I'm switching doctors, extremely unsympathetic, not helpful, and acted as if it was a burden to have a patient come in.

I had an appointment to have stitches removed for the next week and came on the wrong Friday by mistake. While there anyways, I asked if there was any availability for a sooner appointment. Apparently this was a big task for her, she told me I needed to go back to where I got them done, which was the ER. The doctor ER instructed me to go to my primary care Dr.

Long story short, do not come here.
