If I could give this practice -5 stars I would. The management of this practice is abysmal. Went there for physicals. They scanned the wrong results into my husbands chart and told him he had kidney failure, HBP, high cholesterol and an infection. He had none of those issues. Took them hours to find their error
My husband was also dealing with extreme back pain and they did nothing. Took 3 months to get them to submit a request for an MRI which now shows he needs surgery. Had we found out he needed surgery 3 months ago we could’ve scheduled it with time to spare ( we are part time Florida residents). Now we are driving home to Nj, with him in intense pain all because they couldn’t be bothered to order an MRI.
I would not send my worst enemy to this practice

They sent us away, knowing my mother has a huge clot in her neck and is waiting for clearance to get it removed. We were late because We have a business to run and are taking care of my mom. We called ahead to tell them, they let us come on in just to tell us that they can't see us because We were running 20 minutes late. Took off from doing what We had to do for nothing. If you ask me most all doctors office could care less..... unless it's they're family or themselves that's messed up and needing attention. She already had two strokes because of the clot. No need to excuse us of being a little late to help save someone from having another catastrophe. I believe that means they really suck

I always see Dr. Raj. He was my deceased wife's doctor too. I have had 4 doctors in the same office due to the doctor's leaving. The only thing I don't like is the long wait both in the waiting room and then in the examination room.

I absolutely love this place but now I'm having trouble here with my insurance. This past year my insurance was not covered here and I never knew this until recently. I do not want to loose Dr Correveau as my doctor. I want to talk directly to the Arcadia office but always have to go through someone else now and I hate it ! Very frustrating. I am willing to change my insurance .andasdoctor

Bradenton patient trying to reach the main office (Arcadia):
I was having issues reaching the Arcadia office by phone this week, but the office was kind enough to reply to my review with an alternate phone number and contact (see below if you are having the same issue), and they actually went above & beyond and called me directly to ensure everything was taken care of! Great customer/patient care.

I was improperly billed by Arcadia Medical Associates. I have Medicare and I get extra help with QMB (Qualified Medicare Beneficiary). As such the law states that I'm not supposed to be billed for covered Medicare services. They billed me for 3 different service dates (going back about 4 months) totalling $317.61. That bill is dated 5/19/23. The part of that bill for service performed by my cardiologist on 4/12/23 was the worst instance of unethical billing. Medicare processed that claim on 4/21/23 - however on the AMA statement they billed me for the full amount even though they already received payment from Medicare.

Medicare told me I don't owe them anything and I shouldn't have been billed. On the bill AMA sent me it even shows that they did indeed receive the payment from Medicare (for service my cardiologist provided on April 12). So in essence this amounts to the shady (and unlawful) practice of double billing - and also inappropriately billing a Medicare QMB for a covered Medicare service.

I advise everyone using this company to double check all bills and know what's legally allowed to be billed. Hopefully they will rectify this in a timely fashion so I won't have to file complaints with the government agencies. I tried calling them but they seemed confused about what was going on. They tried to bill my secondary Medicaid insurance first (before Medicare) for that 4/12/23 sevice with my cardiologist. Which is improper and why Medicaid denied it (before Medicare paid on it).

*UPDATE: I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau on 05/27/2023.

I was referred to this facility as a follow up after emergency room visit, I had to go in to fill out new patient's forms which I understand. The person at the front desk was the rudest person I think I have ever met. She told me 24 to 48 hours she would call to set up appointment, it has been 4 days and I'm still waiting. I can't say anything about the physician here, I hope they are better than the front desk person. Needless to say I will not be going for the appointment if I'm ever called back.

Dr. Cornejo is wonderful and has a great personality. He sees the whole family and makes us feel welcome to come see him for any problem. I drive all the way from Port Charlotte to Arcadia (30 minutes) to come here. We seldom have to wait more than a few minutes in the waiting room and the staff are so good about taking care of us. The office is always so neat and clean, too. You don’t feel like you are going to catch the flu while sitting and waiting for the doctor. The referrals are always done in a timely manner, and the doctors we’ve been referred to have been awesome as well.
