Manny is awesome!!! He went out of his way to provide us the Resmed Series 11 APAP at a great price. He knew by looking at my hubby he had a deviated septum and informed us the best mask for his fit. Manny was very knowledgeable about the machine and took the time to show us how to set it up and use it. He is very passionate about what he does and cares about his patients. I will recommend him 100xs over. When my husband wears the mask it’s comfortable for him and quiet enough to let me sleep. The machine is great and we are still learning the features in which Manny said we can always reach out for any questions. Thank you Manny for literally being a lifesaver!!

I am leaving in a cruise on Sunday and arrived on Saturday just to find out I left my CPAP home uhgh!! I reached out to Manny and within the hour I had a brand new CPAP at a discount price with all the supplies I needed. He was a great communicator, explained everything to me, offered choices of masks and he delivered the equipment to my hotel and I paid him over phone. Manny is a wholesaler and doesn’t necessarily have to cater to individual small purchases but like many others in the review, he came through in a time of need when I left a critical piece of my CPAP at home. Within an hour and 10 mins uber dropped off a new mask from CPAPS Miami and I was off to my cruise. Thanks for your help and all the best to you and your business in the future!

I didn't get the fella's name but holy sh!t am I impressed. I got the whole f40 mask kit for 1/5 the cost I would have in Canada. I left a piece of my mask in another hotel by accident on my way down for our cruise. He hand delivered to our hotel hours ahead of when we were going to arrive on Saturday. He took credit card over the phone and honestly I'm really happy this was an authentic experience and original resmed equipment.
