The doctors have changed and they no longer seem to care for their patients like they used to. They failed to send in prescriptions to my pharmacy with zero remorse. Their attitude always makes you feel like the patient is in the wrong for needing previously prescribed medication. Thyroid medicine is required to be taken consistently to work properly but this office has policy’s that get in the way of the patients needs and health. I am out of my medicine until my appointment because their schedule was full but this doesn’t seem important to them. I am SO disappointed.

I have been seeing the doctors and PA at this office for 2 years now. They took their time with me from the very first visit. I've never spent more than 5-10 min in the waiting room and the time spent in the exam room with the doctor exceeds ANY doctor I've ever been to! I literally cried after I got in my car after my first visit because it was the first time I felt like a physician listened to me and didn't just assume they knew what was best for me based on previous diagnoses. Ran a bunch of blood work and found a whole slew of issues. One of which was a lifelong issue that no one had ever bothered to test for. I read a review that complains about the staff and absolutely don't believe it. Any time I've ever called because I'd forgotten to make an appointment for something or needed to be seen right away, they will get you in as soon as they possibly can, usually the same week. And it's not exclusive to just one staff member. I've dealt with a handful of them and they are always sweet and professional. I've recommended Dr. Fedosky's office to people who didn't even live in the area because I'm that confident in their abilities. They are amazing and I will never have an unkind word about any of the staff members!

I have always really liked Dr Fedosky and feel like he was a God send when it came to my Thyroid problems, however his staff is less than desireable to deal with when you need something. If you can overlook the staff the Doctor is wonderful
