Wonderful practice, Dr. Contreras is a top notch provider. He takes the time with you to go over your complete medical history and gets all information so he can know who you are and understand your medical history. He is very attentive to details and his caring nature is one of the best I’ve seen in a primary Dr in a very long time. Bed side manner is impeccable. He truly cares about you as a person and as your doctor and I believe I am in the best of hands with him. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a doctor who listens, pays attention, and shows such a caring nature.

DR. Luis Contreras Jr. is so rude, jaded, not helpful or passionate about healthcare and it shows in how he treats his patients. His last google profile got so many bad reviews it mysteriously changed from his name to now, "Nature Coast Family Practice". Real shady tsk tsk.

They never answer the phones, you have to leave a voice-mail. If you don't see him every 6 months he won't refill your meds, basic important blood pressure medication. So he wants that office visit $$. The APRN Marci is wonderful 5 stars! and the only reason I stayed there and put up with his insults.

Dr C has been my doctor for almost 2 years now. He’s thorough and takes his time to actually listen to any problems and concerns I may have and tries to find a solution to them. Marci his ARNP is just as amazing and caring. They stay in constant communication with each other so I know no matter which provider sees me, they are fully informed on my conditions and why I’m being seen.

His staff is also wonderful, they will always return your calls quickly, and are good about fitting me in when I need to be seen.

This office is one of the rare few in this area that genuinely care about their patients and will go out of their way to make sure you’re taken care of and healthy. Would recommend them to any and everyone who wants a caring, empathetic, and passionate provider who has your best interest at heart.
