I’ve been a patient of this practice for over 5 years, Carmelia Lee APRN is the best. She listens and she cares, she follows through with sending out referrals to the specialist that I need to see.

I am not sure where the break down is in this office. Every time they send me to get blood work, I fast and take time off work and when I get to the lab, neither the doctor or office staff actually sent the request in so it's all a waste of time. You can't get them to print out the lab work order at your doctor appointment, you have to wait a couple days then GO BACK to the doctor and then make another lab appointment. Ridiculous!

I’ve been a patient there for years but today when I seen Carmelo lee I was told I need to get blood work done so Carmelo Lee said there will be a nurse to take my blood work so the nurse said I would have to come back another day or go to lab core cause everyone wanted to go home so I asked the lady if I could come back Tom at 415 and she said yes so when I went to make appointment the receptionist said that I could come in the morning cause they stop doing blood work no later then 3:00 o’clock so then I just said give me the paperwork I need to do it at labcore and Carmelo Lee was supposed to call in my medicine and never did it I was so mad leaving there today and my medicine never got called in so pretty much I wasted my time

Would rate 0 stars if I could. I have been calling for over a month for my fiances medication to be sent to Walgreens instead of cvs. Either the staff is not doing their job or dr halinski is refusing to send to new pharmacy. First problem we had was when we were there for new patient appt he said either pills or injection. Fiancé decided on taking pills so I called to let them know, they tell me “oh well the dr is recommending the injection, he said the pills don’t work very well”. Why did you give us a choice then, why not just tell us you’ll send the injection? Everytime I call I get different answers “he was out for the week, he just got back today” “it takes 24-48 hours for medication request” “I let the MA know, I’ll also let the dr know when he walks by”. I’ve left multiple voice mails on the MAs phone. I’m absolutely sick of this place. Good thing it’s not a life saving medication cause my fiance would be dead by now. They need to hire new staff who will actually do their job right or they need to be retrained. Absolutely ridiculous.

I had a paperwork I needed filled out for a work release. It took three appointments for the doctor to even start filling out the paperwork. Two weeks later I’m begging the doctor to just fill out the paperwork. I’ve been waiting for him to fill out it’s on the last day before it’s due, If he doesn’t fill it out today I’m gonna lose my job. These people have hung up on me put me on hold for 40 minutes. They are not taking my paperwork. Seriously this office is incredibly unprofessional.

Office staff has always been very rude and ignores phone calls and never gets back to you. I've stayed here because I absolutely loved Dr. Rose as my primary but unfortunately she has left the practice. I will no longer be returning

Carmelia Lee is really knowledgeable in dealing with medical concerns and she has been especially helpful in matters dealing with hormones HOWEVER please be aware that within the past year their office has had a lot of turnover and the patients are the ones paying the price of that instability. It has been an uphill battle getting medications sent to the pharmacy to be filled in a timely manner and the communication skills from the management is severely lacking. The outcome is a patient experience that has increasingly made it crystal clear that we're not respected, cared for, and are ultimately just a number. No longer does it feel like you're being listened to and that you're on a team working towards reaching your optimal health. If you're planning to be a new patient you will likely not have too bad of a time with Dr. Rose or Carmelia Lee directly but please brace yourself for a very difficult and exhausting road dealing with the receptionists and medical staff (which ultimately are the ones you'll deal with most).

I have recently started going here. My experience with everyone has been excellent. I see Dr Lee , and I love her. She makes me feel comfortable.
