I identify as an Afro Latina, and during my visit, I couldn’t help but notice that the majority of those being prioritized were white Hispanics. Despite sharing the same cultural background, I felt that I was treated differently. It was disheartening to be one of only two Black individuals in the lobby, and after waiting over an hour for my blood work, I watched as others—who had arrived after me—were called ahead. I hope the practice reviews its scheduling and service procedures to ensure fairness and equal treatment for everyone, regardless of ethnicity.

This Center is absolutely disgusting!!!!
It was my first time attending and from start to finish unprofessional and no compassion. They have the audacity too ask you to arrive 15.minutes early they have too many patients not enough staff for the volume it's all about money. I was waiting for 2 hours and I still didn't see a doctor I had my vitals taken and I had 3 staff telling me I haven't had it done I left and I will never ever go here again. I understand the location might be ideal for some please so do waste your time you will.be disappointed!!!

This center has a horrible service to patients. Especially getting any done in the referral department. Lastly i spoke to someone in that department regarding my upcoming appointment for 3/13/25 and when I follow up today with my eye doctor to see if everything good to go they informed me nothing yet leaving me to reschedule once again making it twice I have to miss my appointment because of Miami Beach community center can’t get their act together. This center has a very bad way of providing services to their patients and sadly to say I been coming there for many years and it always the same results.

Very disappointed to about services. The nurses and staff look very unhappy. There is something not right. My daughter had an appointment at 8:45am. After being seeing by the nurse, we are sent back outside without knowing a window of time. The other moms said that when coming here it can be the whole day so be prepared. I asked someone from the facility and that person says that kids are seeings by priority, which is understandable for babies, but it’s not fair that other kids who have school and have to wait all day.

Great experience! I had been coming with my mom for 3 years, she loves her doctor, we have to wait a little bit but that’s ok. All the staff is very efficient, the waiting room super clean, the nurses very helpful, especially Cristel pita, who helped me with my mom. For the prescriptions, I called the pharmacy a few hour before and I got the medications the same day.

Horrible place I try to get a appointment and no one pick up the phone , miss Organization they need to do something about this change people or get other Customer Service, Care because like it’s bad ASAP and I’m calling and calling and no one picks up when I go to speak to someone they just sent me direct transfer and I’m asking can you help me and they transfer me. It’s on the believable…. Also, a lady picked up the phone. She didn’t let me talk. She just transferred and I was very rude. I do not recommend it to go there

Very good service and a God sent for low-income families. The service was outstanding and faster than we expected for a clinic that sees low-income families.

The doctor's bedside manners were great, and the in-processing was painless.

About the only not so favorable thing I can say is that parking is scarce, so try to be dropped off instead of driving here.

Dr Nadeja is best thank you for all the great help and best prices for meds saved a lot of funds we didn't have so good friendly staff and hard working Nurse and Dr's. In North Miami.
