The most horrible lying insurance. BEWARE DO NOT SIGN UP. I thought Ambetter was bad. Molina is 10 times worse. They change all the rules to what they cover two months in. I cannot wait to switch next year. They need negative 10 stars.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Like the previous post, they are rude and unhelpful when dealing with issues at the help number. I injured my foot on September 7th. With all the typical run around and hoops I have gone through to be seen by a specialist, I finally saw a doctor that can order an MRI. He put in the order October 8th, but according to the insurance company they can’t process it so when I called to follow up they put a new start time of Oct 14 and that it would be an additional 15 days to process from there. IT WAS ORDERED OCT 8th. They didn’t even REALIZE it had been ordered until I followed up with THEM. I called them a week later to follow up a second time, because I already had to reschedule my MRI 2 times. I asked to speak to a supervisor and waited on hold for an hour. They were rude and unhelpful and didn’t care that they continue to delay my access to the healthcare I pay for. I can hardly walk and rely on my physical health for my job. Because there is also nerve damage, and I cannot lift or move my foot, an MRI is imperative. Despite this, and a doctor’s order, they still are delaying the process for no reason other than incompetency.
If a doctor orders an MRI I cannot fathom any reason to delay an MRI that would determine what is wrong with my foot. I guess they wish to delay treatment hoping that I’ll give up and they don’t have to cover additional treatment costs. Meanwhile, I may end up permanently damaged following their process.
Whenever I call them i expect to take several hours and frequently find they hang up on me. Beware of this company! They clearly wish to scam you of money while refusing to help you even when an APPROVED IN-NETWORK DOCTOR ORDERED A NEED FOR TREATMENT.
Molina does not care for their members wellbeing AT ALL.

One of the worst medical insurance through Marketplace. The customer service is 50% competent and when they make a mistake is not their fault but the member. They just charge you crazy amounts of money and cover nothing.

These people are garbage I've been owed a refund for overpayment for months they refunded it on a card I no longer have and told them I needed a paper check so I agree costomer service people suck and don't know what there doing I really wish I could file a lawsuit against them

Currently sitting here with pain and a swollen ankle I’ve called them 12 times now they filed a grievance said it would take up to 60 days due to them having no orthopedic coverage within a 50 miles radius that will take their insurance the list they provided has either no answer no orthopedic anymore or out of business meanwhile no one is calling me back like they said they’re gonna do I have to keep calling and everytime I call I’m getting nowhere so now im supposed to just sit here in pain and not be able to walk cause I have to wait for them to do there job they should of already done if they’re even doing anything at all thanks for continuing to prevent me from getting the proper health care I’ll just put my life on hold till you guys figure it out

Calling member services is the worst thing you can do. They are incompetent, lazy, rude and when asked to speak to a supervisor, they hang up on you. They mess up your records with other illegal aliens and when is time to get your medication, they don't authorize because they given the same medication to the other person. Beware of this insurance company, they will mess up your medical records and sell your personal information to others.

Bad services in Long Term Care benefits, Social Worker are not visiting the patients, they are not requesting the supplies continuing, calling but Care Management not respond VERY BAD SERVICE AND DEFINITELY I DON'T RECOMEND MOLINA HEALTHCARE FOR LONG TERM CARE SERVICE.👎
