They called me and I qualified over the phone. When I drove 40 miles was turned away because the phone rep forgot to ask if I was disability apparently disqualified me. They offered me 25.00 for my time I told her keep it I don't need the money. Train your staff better. That's the first question they asked when I got there. Very disappointed.!!!!

I was in their Moderna trial from September 2020 to 2022. The process was very efficient and medically trustworthy (I am a medical doctor). The staff is very friendly and the wait was never too long. I am now in another trial and they have my trust.

I am taking part in the COVID study and have nothing but a great experience while in the study. They do explain initially that you will be there for several hours while you are initially tested and examined. My initial exam did take an 1 and 1/2 hours but as I stated they told me that and I expected it. All of my follow up visits have been 20 to 30 minutes start to finish. Everyone is professional and polite.

Horrible experience. Never get called back. When I leave voice mail they say they never received. Made a Saturday appointment for a follow up. When I arrived they said oh we are closed....did noone cancel? It is an hour drive there for me. Took over a week to get my initial debit working and many calls. Now I would like information if I received the placebo or the actual covid so I know if should get the shot or not and it has been 5 weeks no call returned after many of my voice mails. This place is the worst. Never again.

I took part of the clinical trial for Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine. The experience is terrible. They are not serious with appointment time, they gave me appointment at 7 am and two hours later they call me. Four hours of my time wasted in this place. Front desk employee don’t have explanation why this kind of things happen. One star is too much. 🙁

On 12/23 I started having Covid symptoms so I took two rapid tests within five hours, they both came back positive. I left work and home to call this facility to report that I’m positive for Covid, and I requested that someone call me. Well, today is 12/29 and I have yet to receive a call back.

Told to come 6:45 am but locked outside till 7 am
Told come early to fill out paperwork. They gave me pen
No paperwork handed to me Hot in waiting room. And 10 persons sitting reading phones. Bad management and bad directions. Horrible sweaty room
I am a skinny person
Usually cold. People standing no chairs until 1st group called in. I asked to fill out paperwork. But women said they would call me to back to fill out. Over 90 minutes and just sweating. So much for volunteering.

No one calls you back. My records were sent by my doctor for me to do a study back in August and I still haven’t heard back.
When I call, if someone answers they tell me they will have someone call me but never happens.
