Dr Nichols and his staff are great people. They L I S T E N. They care about your comfort and will make sure there is no pain. Dr Nichols is always friendly and he has a sense of humor. He likes you to ask questions. His staff will let you know the costs before any major work is done. They take a lot of different insurances. I have yet to see an unhappy kid leaving the place. Their hours are a little strange: closed on Monday and Friday, and open the first Saturday of the month. Those Saturdays go fast. Also, if you *need* to get seen before the next available appointment, they add you to a list and call if someone cancels.

Dr.Nichols and his staff are very personable and knowledgeable! I was terrified of going back to the dentist because of a previous experience in Indiana! Dr. Nichols changed that for me. I'm actually excited to make my dentist appointments! I know they are doing to be practically painless and the job will be done correctly! So glad I was referred here!

First time using this dentistry and I feel very comfortable already. Great hospitality from the start. Called me back when they said they would. Unlike some places that forget to do so. Our appointment i isn't until tomorrow. Front desk lady is very polite she deserves a raise in my opinion.?

BEWARE! I went to see Dr. Nichols years ago and have been warning people ever since. I went to see Dr. Nichols because I had a toothache. He completed a filling for me and the next day my face started swelling really bad. I called the office and made an appointment to come back. Despite my face being swollen, Dr. Nichols stated the tooth needed to come out so he began the process of extracting the tooth. This was THE MOST PAINFUL extraction ever!!! I was screaming bloody murder in his chair and I couldn't even allow him to finish. I guess he was embarrased and upset about me screaming in his chair ( I couldn't help it!) and he gave me the biggest attitude after he caused all of that pain. I was standing up waiting for him to fill out the prescription for me and he looked at me and demanded me to "sit the hell down." He repeated this twice and the only reason I didn't go postal in this location was because of the amount of pain that I was in. Long story short, my face became even more swollen and I had to have emergency surgery. You see, I had an abcess under the tooth he attempted to pull and had I let him finish, he could have killed me. 2 oral surgeons from Flowers Hospital asked me where I went and to never go back. Dr. Nichols called my dad to apologize but we didn't want to hear it. My dad cursed him the hell out and I haven' seen this whack job since!!! PLEASE DO NOT RISK TAKING YOUR FAMILY HERE EVER!

Great atmosphere. If im in pain, they ALWAYS get me in that day. Dr. Nichols is such a caring man. Gives me all ny options, not just options for his pocket. Accepts medicaid!

Worst service from the staff. I could hear them talking bad about me TO my little sister from the room they were working on her in. They are never in office to answer the phone or take appointments either. Would not recommend
