Dr Tidwell has been great so far. He has taken my issues very seriously and is doing everything he can to help me get the right care and get better. There is nothing more that you can ask for from a doctor. So what I had to wait twenty minutes past my appointment time to see him what that means to me is he takes his time with the patients and listens to them and I'm happy to wait for a doctor that's going to do the same for me. I have no problem with the front desk or the nursing staff all of them are very pleasant when I come in.

I was looking for a new primary care physician shortly after COVID-19 happened because I had to have some medical tests done and have some major issues taken care of.

During some of the appointments I had with other doctors last year, I felt like they might want to help me, but they had so many people to see they rushed right in and rushed right out. I felt like I had to rush myself right out of there too.

There are lengthy intake forms for new patients, and everything goes into the computer at the first appointment, but I felt heard and respected. One issue has been addressed with a daily prescription, and the other is going to take a while due to COVID, but I am relieved that I went to Dr. Tidwell and I will be going back as needed.

I have seen Dr Tidwell a few times. I will say he’s nice, but not as thorough as I’d like. I literally wait forever every time I’m in there. For instance, my last apt was at 3:45, I was there by 3:30, the front desk lady was “busy” so I didn’t get checked in until about 3:45, then I didn’t get called back to a room until about 4:20, and the Dr didn’t come in for another 15/20 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous.
Another reason why I give such a bad review is because of the front desk. The help is not great, they’re never friendly, always seem agitated, and just simply the process is not welcoming. Not the best place. Wouldn’t recommend.
