I'm so happy to finally be getting a new doctor ? I HATE going to this place. It's absolutely filthy, and some of the staff is so mean. Some are nice, especially the younger staff and Beth Anne, but Dr. Fuller is perhaps the worst doctor I've had.

When I say it's filthy, I mean you can visibly see the dirt build up on the floors and ceiling. I should NOT have to strategically place my drug test piss stored in an open cup around a strangers equally open cup of piss because they forgot to take it out of their little exchange door. I know for a fact I got that mans pee particles all over my hands ? I feel extremely uncomfortable in the office because of how dirty everything feels.

Dr. Fuller is just. so. so. unprofessional. I have binge eating disorder, which I did not know about until a few months ago. Now that I know that, I feel like it should've been extremely obvious as I described how I felt to Dr. Fuller, but he just blamed it on my medication and told me it was good that I wasn't eating so much because I had to lose weight anyway (I was going through an extreme depressive episode, dropped 15 pounds in a month, and hadn't had a meal in a week). He would also frequently bring up politics whenever I saw him, and it made me very comfortable, so I had to ask to only see the nurse practitioner because she made me feel a lot more comfortable.

I also wish there was better communication. They do all these tests, take my blood, and run drug tests, but have never once told me what they're for. I told them once that I thought I had sciatica, and they just told me that they needed to prick my finger ? I'm not a doctor, but I have absolutely no clue how that was relevant.

Other than that, I think the worst part is having to wait in the waiting room for 50 minutes and in the actual patient room for another 30 before they talk to you for 10 minutes. I understand they have other patients to see, but why tell me that my appointment is it 9:30 if I don't see the doctor until almost 11? Also, the walls are SO thin, I think everything I've heard about other patients should be considered a HIPAA violation ?. Keep taking those potassium pills, David, that sounded serious.

Just to be perfectly clear, Dr. Fuller, Beth Anne and a select FEW of the staff are exceptional! I’ve been going to Dr. Fuller’s office since 2015. No matter what time I have had an appointment, it has taken me well over 1.5 hours to get completed; and sometimes all the way up to 4 hours for a simple check up. If it wasn’t for Dr. Fuller and Beth Anne’s thoroughness and professional assistance, I would have already found a different location. The vast majority of the staff are EXTREMELY unhelpful, constantly have an attitude, provide incorrect information, and rarely call you back. Once again, this is not all of the staff.

If you want one of the best doctors and nurse practitioners in the area, this is the place to go. Just prepare yourself for the interactions with the unprofessional staff; as well as the long hours that you will be there trying to be seen.

Wait times are long but they are taking time to listen and give exceptional care. Give me that every time over a doctor treating me as a number. Dr. Fuller and Beth give me the best care my family has ever had.

Very thorough care and I always feel like Dr Fuller truly cares. Wait times can be somewhat long but that is because he takes his time with each patient.

The waiting is just entirely too long. Appointment scheduled for 8:30 am and doctor doesn't see you until almost 11.
