If I could give this location 20 stars I would. From the time I walked in the doors to the time I left. I felt so welcomed. I was embarrassed with my teeth and they not only made me feel comfortable but really listened to my concerns and helped me find solutions quickly. So super thrilled with the work they have done and excited for the work they will be done soon. Just feel comfortable and relaxed and I know I am in good hands with this group.

I’ve been a very satisfied patient for over 5 years. I’ve always received excellent care. There was a billing/insurance problem from three years ago. I did not receive a bill so I didn’t know I had a balance. Make a long story short, after two calls, I spoke to the practice manager and it was resolved immediately. Thank you for your continued excellence in patient care.
I highly recommend the Niceville, FL practice.
Thank you!

I was hesitant due to negative experiences at another Aspen dental in Ft Walton but I was wrong Niceville Aspen dental was amazing from Simone at front desk answering all my questions when I called for an appt to Jasmin who did my xrays. I never thought I would find another dentist like Dr T at Ft Walton Aspen but Dr Joey was also amazing and honest he had my best interest not my wallet in hand. Lisa will be my hygienist she spoke with me and explained the plan for optimizing best dental care for me. Last but not least, I work the heck out of Randall he is the money man as to speak he went over different payment plans to fit my needs he was patient as I kept asking questions adding and subtracting procedures I need. I appreciated everyone for making my experience at the dentist a pleasurable one.

I would highly recommend Aspen Dental for all of your dental needs. From making my emergency appointment at 3:30am Monday morning and getting seen by the dentist at 8am the same morning till today, Wednesday….I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. I was immediately greeted by Simone at the front desk. She understood my needs and got me through the initial paperwork in no time. Marlinda (sorry if I misspell any names) took me back for X-rays and was so gentle and sweet as I cried in pain. She was genuinely trying to make it as painfree as possible. Wylie, the lead DA was on top of her game and kept checking in. Dr Joesph was comforting, knew what was needed and made a recommendation that would help ease the pain and get me back on track. Randall, the office manager, also took great care of me and layed out options for getting the treatment plan I needed. He suggested ways in which would save me money as well and wasn’t all about getting the most out of me that he could. I had to follow up the following Tuesday and Wednesday for a cleaning and extraction, which Lisa was also very thorough and mindful of my painful area, again, I just can’t say enough wonderful things about the care and comfort the entire staff provided. Bedside manners, positive attitudes, personal relationships, etc…this staff made me feel like family. You have a new customer for life and I will be bringing my family here from now on and referring my friends as well!!! Thank you so much!!!

People were very nice but they didn’t clean my teeth like my last 70 appointments. Everything is an added charge. They had some cool equipment but I expected to have my teeth cleaned. Not just looked at.

Terrible experience. Refused treatment for a cavity repair. Was told must have multi thousand dollar "deep cleaning" first. Wanted to apply all my insurance benefits to cleaning procedure. Have my teeth cleaned every year at my IL dentist and first time exam at FL Aspen. Shakedown. Zero stars.

My first appointment here was phenomenal. The dentist was fantastic. The office on the other hand is absolutely horrendous once the sale has been made. There was zero follow up from them on scheduling during my next visits as well as a refusal from Randall to call me back during this time after I was told by office staff multiple times he would call me back. Once I head my first few appointments my insurance company didn't pay what Randall said they would, not his fault at all. However, I didn't find that out from anyone until I went back for an emergency visit. I was again told Randall would call me about it. I heard NOTHING! Today I get a call from a collection agency about the bill. I called again and only got through to Randall by refusing to accept "he'll call you back". Once on the phone with him he refuses to acknowledge he and his staff dropped the ball or accept any responsibility. I loved the dentist here but will never go back nor will I recommend anyone else to go. And that's solely due to the office management. So I recommend everyone stay clear of this office as the staff will let you down and cause one of the worst experiences you've ever had as they did with me.

I arrived as a walk in and the staff welcomed me as a regular patient and I had been there approximately 4 years prior and I was in the system, but my situation was in need of immediate attention because I was in serious pain with a very infected molar, which had been hurting for the past 3 days so bad I couldn’t even sleep, but I had to have a release form signed by my oncologist doctor at the Baptist hospital in Pensacola, because of my current chemotherapy treatments which could effect the surgery that I was about to undergo for the tooth that had zero options but to extract it, and again the staff was so very helpful and patient with this process, and once everything was cleared and ready to proceed, the doctor explained exactly what and how the procedure would go starting with the lidocaine injections, and the fact of how extremely sore my gum was from days of pain from the infection, and how it was going to be a bit more of a sting than usual, and it was, but I knew once the numbness started to set in the pain would diminish at least temporarily, but as the procedure went on the doctor told me how this particular tooth had a certain type of roots that were deeper than a normal molar and it was causing him to work harder than usual to extract this tooth and it was extremely difficult, but he was very thorough explaining what was going on and how every step he would inform me of how close he was to completing the extraction and he told me after the procedure was completed, how much of a great patient I was, even though I had made some pretty serious grunting type noises and shed a few tears, it was such a tremendous relief just knowing that the extreme pain I had experienced over the last few days would be coming to an end fairly soon and doctor Reynolds was very good throughout the entire procedure and he acknowledge how he knew I had just went through a pretty tough session and he said I was a trooper and he really made me feel very good after it was completed, so thank you to the entire staff and a huge gold star for my doc!! Thank you very much!
