Even though I live 20 minutes away, I love having Kathryn Malan as my primary doctor. She is very knowledgeable, personable, thorough, efficient, and committed. Her clinical team is great as well.

I am extremely disappointed. I called and talked to the office and booked my appointment July 2022. The earliest I could get in was in April 2023. I even called the office back about a month ago just to make sure that they would took my insurance and they said yes. I just got a call February 8, 2023 from her office that doctor Malan is not taking any new patients. Who dropped the ball? I’m not happy because it literally took me months to get this appointment.

There’s a miscommunication going on in this office and they should’ve told me a long time ago that she was not accepting new patients when they booked me.

May I just say, I hit the jackpot when Dr. Malan became my doctor! She’s awesome and very professional and knowledgeable.

We both are animal lovers, right there tells she’s compassionate, caring and truly a good doctor.

Dr.malan was absolutely incredible to me, haven't had a primary doctor in years and I was very glad I decided to go with her, she immediately got me some contacts for issues regarding my stomach and constant migraines. She also gave me a huge list of contacts to see about my mental health, her nurses were also very kind and caring. So glad to have a doctor that cares and is personable, hopefully when my daughter is old enough she can see her too!

Following up from my review 2 years ago. My mother made the unfortunate decision to go back to Malan along with my father within several months after the review. I warned them against going. They both were seen by her. Shortly after their visits they received notices indicating they were being dropped as patients. Malan and her equally rude receptionist Krysta do not know what customer service is. Refused to treat my mother because of an $18 NOT overdue balance owed.

I’m extremely happy that I was referred to Dr. Malan about five years ago. I have a rare genetic illness, called Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome-ht, that general doctors normally don’t treat, however, when I became Dr. Malan’s patient, she went out of her way to learn as much as possible about my illness and has helped treat me accordingly.

She believes me, understands my concerns, is always patient, and has done everything within her scope of practice to help me.

She’s also usually right on time or very close to on time. They don’t “stack” patients at her office, which is nice.
