The office was very clean and nicely decorated. The staff (Erica, Daniella and the young man at the front desk) were so nice and professional. Erica and Daniella treated me and were so kind and gentle. They explained everything and made sure I was aware of what was going to be done. Their assurance made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend this office to everyone! Thank you again for helping me when I couldn’t get an appt with my physician.

I came into the urgent care because I sliced my finger with a knife . They were quick ,efficient , at the registration desk, nurse Erica asked all the important question, took my vitals, the p.a Melissa, administered, the stitches. I was asked about receiving a tetanus shot, after ministering the shot Nurse Erica also, wrapped my finger with a splint to stabilize it. Given script for antibiotics and follow up appointment. All done within 40 minutes.

My experience at this urgent care was disappointing from start to finish.

Despite being the only person in the waiting room, the front desk staff didn’t greet me or ask why I was there. It felt incredibly impersonal. When I asked a few questions about filling out the forms, the receptionist seemed irritated and lacked any friendliness or helpfulness.

I accidentally lost the form I was completing on my phone, and instead of offering assistance, I was told to start over. While the receptionist was preparing a tablet for me to use, I immediately received a text to finish the form on my phone — something she was completely unaware of.

After finally completing the forms, I was then informed they don’t even provide the test I needed, nor do they take doctor’s orders, and suggested I go to a hospital instead.

This entire process wasted 15 minutes of my time, which was especially frustrating since I was there on my doctor’s recommendation and had expected a more professional and organized experience.

Being the only person there, I expected better service and communication. Unfortunately, this was not the case.

I'll stick with my Dr. appointments and proper referrals in the future.

I had an excellent visit with Dr. Martinez and Erica. Specifically, Dr. Martinez was welcoming and did a sufficient check on my injury. She did not push unnecessary examinations/tests and got me the booster shot and required medication that I needed for my injury. Erica was empathetic and performed an almost painless booster shot. As for the facility, I was seen in less than 10 minutes which was great. It was clean and functioned efficiently. Make sure to check-in beforehand to help decrease wait time.

I had to visit a urgent care facility for the first time today on 12555 Biscayne Blvd and must say that it was a good experience.
The entire staff were very nice and professional from the minute I walked in the door.
The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and patient with me and Erica, MA and Pena MA were very knowledgeable ,professional and best of all people friendly.
I will recommend any to go there for sure.

All staff were both friendly and accommodating, service was on-time and coordinated with the online registration system, providing a warm reception environment. Erica M was polite, compassionate, and communicative and Dr. Pena was very forthright and transparent and made the transition as seamless as possible. Would definitely recommend this facility.

Everyone at this facility was very friendly and professional. Erica did the pre work up and was very nice. Saw Dr. Edward Robert and he took time to review my issues and explain everything clearly. Did not have to wait long. Would recommend this place when needed.

Very quick and easy. I checked in online and uploaded the necessary pictures. Was seen right away when I arrived at 8 AM; the doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable as was the assistant. Confirmed my concerns that I had Covid and electronically prescribed medication’s for the symptoms. Very happy with the facility, the front desk, the doctor and the assistant. highly recommended for weekend or last-minute treatments.
