Dr Bratt is attentive to details and gives the patients adequate time and care. However, his office staff, more specifically the office manager, in my opinion lacks major customer service training. I am changing insurance end of month, in 7 days and the new one offers a 0$ co pay. We scheduled and appointment today when they told me that the current insurance now considers them a tier 2 provider and I have to pay 85$. When asked to reschedule to next week the office manager came out and very rudely asked me to still pay the cancellation fee because “we are turning away people today”. Customer service is a full package. Avoid the place if you want staff that cares and cooperates. This is a business of course but there is lack of business logic here.

What a great experience! My first visit was fast but didn’t feel rushed at all and everyone at the office was just really nice. Dr. Bratt was thorough and had the best bedside manner I’ve ever experienced.

I have been there twice and had a great experience. The staff are all wonderful; so friendly and efficient! During my first exam , the doctor listened to my concerns, and took the necessary time to do a great comprehensive examination.

Update: I have had the fortune of transitioning from one excellent Dr (Dr Bratt) to his outstanding APRN, Rebecca Flayman, at the same practice.
I credit her with saving my life due to her thoroughness and practice of mandating regular follow ups. This practice is the kind that you can have faith and trust in. I have never had such level of care and wow, are they efficient.
They have acquired great front staff and very competent and friendly MAs. I just had my physical and they made me feel at ease and in good hands as always. They run on time and operate as a fantastic team.
I would urge anyone to try them. My experiences have consistently been positive and I've been a patient for four years. I couldn't ask for better care. Thank you!

I have only good things to say about this office. My experience with Dr Bratt has been thorough, compassionate and efficient. I trust him to know the amount of time he needs to spend with me. Yes, he is a busy doctor because he is a good doctor; this has never compromised the level of care I've received. His new RN, Rebecca is fantastic and embodies the same excellent standards I have grown to expect from this practice. I have never had my results personally called into me faster or more reliably. Marvin at the front desk is helpful, polite and highly competent. I've never had a negative experience so I can only guess that other reviewers perhaps didn't show the same courtesy to staff that they expect themselves? Whatever the case, I never have to wait long for an appointment, they run on time, tests are ordered and most are done expertly on site and you get results called into you personally.
