I was somewhat skeptical about acupuncture for arthritis pain until I met Dr. Milligan back in June. She was so easy to talk to and exuded so much confidence that I felt very comfortable starting treatments twice a week for 6 months. I have arthritis in my fingers and before starting treatments with Dr. M. I was having steady pain; it was painful just opening a jar. After my 3rd treatment the pain was and remains significantly reduced. Six months later my fingers feel great. I haven't needed to take any pain med since prior to starting treatments. I had also been having discomfort in my left knee when walking prior to seeing Dr. Milligan. She did one treatment and no more discomfort. Dr. M. treated me for vertigo which was gone after just 2 treatments. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Milligan and her staff!! They are truly the best!! I always look forward to my treatments and seeing her and her staff. Thank you Dr. MIlligan, Amanda, Cindy and Taylor!!

If you are having pain, health issues or just need a boost of happiness, and you’re afraid of needles, RUN don’t walk, to see Dr Milligan and her fabulous staff!! She is the one and only doctor I get excited about seeing! I know that each and every time I see her I am getting better…. I have a multitude of different things going on and I feel that she is truly helping me. She is a brilliant, kind, caring and gentle Doctor! She is the very example of how doctors should be treating their patients! I only see good things happening from here. How do you know if you don’t try? I wish I could give her more stars! Have only started with 2 visits behind me. I can’t wait for third visit. I am back painvery impressed with the office staff and especially Dr Milligan. I have chronic lower back pain. In 2 sessions I had some relief. Walking better too. You won’t be disappointed

The treatment I received essentially enabled me to return to my main activity of tennis. I have a bone spur that is involved with my Achilles tendon on my right leg and with use cause severe pain. Dr. Milligan was able to relax the calf muscle and thus release pressure on the bone spur. All is well. Playing every day.

Dr. Milligan quite literally saved my life. I was going through severe mental and physical difficulties due to a medication that was prescribed to me. Nothing seemed to be helping me.I was a mess when I started to see Lauren, with her treatment plan I was able to get back to my old self and live life again.
I've been getting treatments from her for quire a few years now. I trust her over anyone else with my health needs. She is caring, compassionate, takes the time to listen. I truly feel cared about at Sage Point between Dr. Milligan and her staff. I can't begin to thank her enough for getting me back to a healthy, happy life again.

Dr. Lauren is absolutely amazing! I am posting this review on behalf of my grandmother who is her patient. She is a 91 year old active grandma who unfortunately started having peripheral neuropathy and was having trouble with balance. I asked my acupuncturist for a referral and she told me about Dr. Lauren. My grandma has been receiving treatments from her for a few months now and is so happy with her results! Dr. Lauren is nice and knowledgeable and I am thrilled that she is taking care of my lovely grandma.

I had the pleasure to have been treated my Dr. Milligan and her well trained staff during my one month stay in Venice Beach. My reason for acupuncture treatments had to do with my snoring. At first I wasn't sure if the treatments were effective, as a result I discontinued the treatment after three times. As it turns out, the treatments were effective as my snoring has reduced significantly ( I monitored with SnoreLab app on my phone before and after my treatments). Everyone at Sage Point Acupuncture were very professional and helpful. I even got chocolate candy! Needless to say, I would without concern, recommend Sage Point.
