They are horrible beyond comprehension. If the owner of this business reads this review, please fire everyone in your company and start from scratch. Can’t even get my referrals sent to me and my prescriptions renewed and I have called customer service and spoke to supervisors a total of 8 times+emailed them a bunch of time. You guys suck!!!! Incompetence at its finest!! Find another medical provider if you care about your life!!

This place is a joke made an appointment for 1 o’clock did their 30 minute intake all their paperwork to have an online appointment. Confirmed appointment. Thought maybe I missed the call or they got the wrong number called to confirm that they have the correct number and explained to them that I had not received the link was explained oh you’re going to be called right now you’re you’re on the Q 51 minutes later still no call after I’ve called four times all they say is you are next. This is unacceptable unprofessional with people that suffer from mental illness.
I work at a doctors office I understand that things get behind but you communicate that to a Patient not let a Patient take a lunch for one hour waiting on a call that’s never received. My time is just as valuable is that doctor.

Not sure how the place is allowed to do business in the community. My mother had a follow up appointment via telehealth, which would have been her first visit. Call to confirm the appointment same day and they said the doctor would call between a window of 230 and 3 PM. Dr Day never called, I waited on a hole and finally left a message after 30 minutes and was told that this has happened to other people this week and that the only option would be to cancel the appointment and reschedule for next week thus pushing my mom’s care until another week. It should not be hard to call people or if you are running late or need to reschedule to give them the decency to call versus completely ghosting a new patient in need. This company really needs to get stuff together or be investigated.

If I could give -5 stars I would. This place is a pill mill, designed to swipe your credit card, and bill your insurance. If you are looking for a good mental health provider, I'm afraid you are wasting your time looking here. (Insurance based mental health care in Florida doesn't exist I'm afraid). Please don't waste your time with this lot...

I wouldn't recommend this place. Scheduling an appointment shouldn't involve hours on hold. On the day of my appointment, I waited for 30 minutes, and no one showed up in the virtual waiting room. If they truly care about their clients, they need to implement significant internal changes.

They answered my husband review saying a a supervisor will call him and that they emailed the refferals for specialist at 12:20 yesterday.

Nobody called, and nobody sent anything !!!
My husband will die before he gets his prescription renewed it seems !!!

I had my first appointment this morning. I wasn’t charged, my prescription wasn’t sent to the pharmacy. Don’t come here. They will leave you dry without your medication. I wish I would have checked the reviews before depending on this place. Considering the types of health issues they are “helping” people with, people are going to die because of their negligence. I will be reporting them to my insurance company and whoever else will listen. Absolutely unacceptable.

Love the Dr and the service of front office I've been trying for two weeks to get appt had one and it was switch with no notice and have set many appts cause it keeps happening and when it tells you to leave message no one calls back
