Complete disregard for their patients! Extremely disrespectful!

Patient that’s over 70 years old was given a prescription by them and sent to a pharmacy. The pharmacy wasn’t accepting patients so they sent us to a new one. The new pharmacy stated we had to call them and have them send over the prescription so I called and a woman answered. After telling her the situation she said I can’t help you and hung up the phone.

We’re talking about an elderly patient of there’s and now she won’t answer! This is ridiculous! Do not ever use their service!
