Surterra.com listed chocolate bars for 1$ each. I ordered 5. Long story short. Customer service calls me to inform me that the listing was a mistake and the bars are actually $15 not $1. I asked them if they were going to honor their mistake. The csr tells me absolutely not, like I did something wrong. I've had issues like this at competing dispensaries and they've always honored their prices. No matter if it was a mistake or not. I will not be shopping at this store again due to poor customer service.

The friendliest and most helpful folks are there to assist. The associate didn’t rush me to make a decision regarding my purchase choices. She explained effects, benefits. Great selection of products. This is the best shop I have been in.
