I was driving this morning 08-22-2024 8 street and 122 Ave SW. THE GUY WAS DRIVING WITH PATIENTS INSIDE THE VAN consider to be more carefull at the moment this company hired driver REMEMBER THIS PERSON TRANSPORTING PEOPLE OF THIRD AGE 🤬🤬🤬

Mirando las opiniones anteriores acerca de la clínica y su mal funcionamiento, coincido con ellas además de destacar lo prepotente , falta de respeto y desconsiderado con los pacientes que es el dueño , que según el se hace llamar Juan,Está persona le prometía muchas cosas a sus pacientes que después no cumplía y los trataba de forma muy despota y grosera. No recomiendo este lugar a nadie.

Estoy buscando un centro médico para asistir y revisando esos Reviews leo el de Dwayne y veo la contestación y el halago que se está haciendo el propio dueño del centro médico y eso para mí es una bandera roja Red Flag y en vez de venir y buscar una solución para este paciente que tuvo una mala experiencia con el personal del front desk al llegar enfermo que imagino por esto hizo ese Review, y para ellos mejorar esa área de su centro médico, veo que el dueño se escribió dándose halagos queriendo tapar el sol con un dedo. En verdad esto me hizo venir y ir con toda mi familia a otro lugar, a veces debemos aceptar el consejo constructivo. Y aprender a ser humildes para aceptarlo buenas tardes

Mi review le doy 1 estrella por el personal del front desk. Super descortés y impersonal nunca había sido tratado con tanto disrespecto como las jovencitas que están allí, llegue enfermo y su respuesta a pedir ayuda fue, que ellas estaba ocupadas! En verdad recomiendo al dueño buscar nuevo personal porque esto va dañar su negocio, la atencion al cliente no es un area para todo el mundo y esto si lo voy a reportar a BBB y a las organizaciones correspondientes. En esto también debo darle 5estrellas por su gran atencion y amabilidad a Maria the nurse ella me hizo examen de covid super amable. También al Doctor Rene super nice, por estas dos personas yo me quedo aquí. La próxima ves voy a tomar el nombre de esas enfermeras que son super irrespetuosas! Así no se trata a la personas especialmente cuando están enfermas, imagínate fuera tu madre o tu hermana estan enfermas. A ellas no les importa y lo demostraron. Y cabe mencionar que también se pueden reportar a bureau AHCA, Florida Department Of Health, y la lista sigue no crean estas enfermera son intocables que sus licencias pueden ser revocadas voy dar otro chance próxima vez si voy en contacto a mi abogado…
