Not going back and don’t recommend.
The doctor is quite indifferent and not really caring or engaged. She looked exhausted during our visit and in a rush. Her examination was nonexistent and didn’t make me leave confident that I got what I needed.
Besides that I waited over one hour on both spots I had with her. It takes for ever to call
You and after that they put you in a room and basically forget you are there.
Very frustrating experience.

The WORST front desk service EVER! They always have new untrained front desk reps that are on their cell phones. If you need to speak with the office manager she never returns calls, the nurse desk never answers. The doctors are okay, but it's a circus getting to see them. I would not recommend a Billy goat.

The best care anyone can ask for Dr Rona & Dr Wilfred, Mickey, and the rest of the staff are extremely helpful and caring. Very informed on most things medical. I love how they take their time with me and doesn't let me leave until I am comfortable and fully understand everything. I don't mind the wait because of the wonderful care I get every time I'm there. They are the only doctors I fully trust.

The GYN Dr Osman is the best gyn I have had. I don't want any other GYN

This is my 3rd visit and this office does not value their patients time, I’ve been waiting over and hour each time, reasons why I always have to reschedule because they always run into my other appointments and that is bad business.

The staff is wonderful. Rona is a great doctor. The only issue is the long wait beforeing seeing the dr. The staff is not rude. U come with an attitude Be courteous 2 those ladies behind the desk. They r only trying to do there job. Be prepared to wait your turn. When the doctor enter your room. You will be giving the same courtesy as the patient before u. Besides the wait. Excellent service every time. Keep up the good work. Now work on the waiting time.

Attempted to make a appointment as a new patient and the receptionist hardly spoke English. Then ask you for you SOCIAL SECURITY number and was more concerned about my INSURANCE before making the appointment. Get better customer service and not so many personal questions over the phone...Needless to say I didn't make the appointment..BETTER TRAINING.
