This ER is staffed with some rude people, I wanted to ask a question, I stepped out to hallway, before I could say a word, the unknown nurse held up her hand and said something to the effect of, not now! I was stunned, I am a retired medical technician from Air Force, I have worked, opened and closed Emergency Services for 10 years, not including the areas of the hospital that I was trained in. Never did I ever raise my hand to a patient or significant. We were taught respect for the patient and staff and family members .
As i followed her dot the expressing I only had a question, she again dismissed me with some remark that I didn’t catch, yes I was angry by this time and let out an expletive of “no shit”
So man working there admonished me, which he had every right to. The ER to the viewer didn’t seem like it was overrun with true emergencies, ie cardiovascular problems/
To my eye the nurse was attempting to act busy or overwhelmed! But why would it take 4 nurses/ technicians to roll one patient into a room. I really don’t expect to receive an answer from anyone, Because if so that Nurse would have had a come to Jesus meeting,
