I’ve been with Dr Lee for over 20 years. She has been nothing short of amazing the entire time. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, she is compassionate and calming. I’ve experienced many different types of doctors over the years but no one has made me feel as safe and protected as she does and there is no doctor I would trust my health decisions with more than her. Her staff is always professional and friendly and you never feel rushed or “just another patient.” If you’re looking for an HIV specialist and nervous about who to see or if you’re getting the right one, let me assure you that this practice is miles above the level of care and concern for your personal wellbeing that you will find anywhere else.

I was a patient of Dr Lee for approximately ten years . My Medicaid Long Term Care Plan required prescriptions or referrals for certain services and for my Ensure. There was no issue for several years but I was abruptly told that Lifeway was not a Medicaid provider and that I would need a provider who accepts both Medicare and Medicaid. Needless to say, I was very disappointed and upset as Dr. Lee is the best of the best and I felt discarded. If you are Medicaid only patient try your provider guide.

I have been a patient at this practice for 2 years. I love Dr. Hall. He is funny, kind and knowledgeable. He is not the reason I am giving this practice a 1 star rating. First off, you can never get an appointment. I am not referring to 6 months down the road I am referring to see the doctor If you are sick. Yiu can speak to Nursing however what they don't tell you is that they will bill you for it. Depending on the day. DR Hall's Medical Assistant may be in a good mood or will put out her cold hearted opinion. She may tell you you need to come in for an assessment and good luck with getting an appointment. The receptionist is sweet in general but screwed up my emergency appointment. I left my job as I confirmed with her 2pm get to the office to find the doors locked as they are closed for lunch till 2:30. So some other rude staff member let me in and the receptionist came out telling me my appointment is not till 2:30 and I can wait for 20 mins in the freezing office. I was done. My problem was a matter that could of easily been handled over the phone not an assessment with the doctor. I lost most of my days pay and decided to head on over to urgent care. This is not the first time and I will not be the last patient to feel the frustration and aggravation over lack of office management and staffing.

I would never go here. After front staff told me they were not taking anymore patients she shut the window and I left. It felt like a state owned facility where the staff can be rude and get away with it. Stay away.

Dr. Lee and her staff are like family. They have been my primary care medical team since 1997. Every person on the team is thorough and diligent in your care. This philosophy rolls from the top. Dr. Lee and the other Doctors work with each other in collaboration with other doctors you may be seeing to get you the best treatment for curing what your illness might be.

I am so grateful for LifeWay and each member of the team operating Dr. Lee's office. They have kept me moving when other Doctors told me I'd be in a wheelchair at 35, I'm 53 and walking with a cane.

Dr. Hall is probably the most caring, genuine and helpful doctor I've ever been to or even hears of. Dr. Lee is so dedicated I've seen her work through the worst times of anyone's lives you could imagine just to make them happy and healthy. The whole staff is just simply amazing and always look out for the patient's. There is no doctors I would recommend more than the ones here at lifeway, they know how to make you feel important and like family which is rare these days.

I have tried several times to make an appointment with this office. Even though my insurance referred me to them they keep saying they do not take that insurance. I have confirmed TWICE with my insurance that they do. They also would not even try to work me in even though I have been sick for 3 days. They just wanted to see me in a week. The receptionist was unhelpful and rude. Such a waste of time.
