My grandma has been attending cano for a couple of years and I have never had any problems. She is attended when she needs to pretty quickly. Even when it is a walking urgent appointment. Her Dr. Fundora has been amazing as well as the front desk. They have all been polite. The patient enrollment has also helped a lot when it comes to information about my grandma's insurance benefits alongside the Social Service when it comes to renewing her food stamps. All I can say is thank you all for the amazing treatment we have received.

When they first opened they was great super me and my family couldn't complain. The only person that stood is my mom and after today I have considered to change her. Front desk is so unprofessional. They give you attitude they fry eggs with there mouth. I work in the medical industry and never in my life I have treated any patient or any one the way they do. And am not the only person that complains even workes. If the managers doesn't see what's going on then she as well needs to be changed.

This place has become a horrible place to deal with. No one ever wants to help. They are all smiles and helpfulness until you become an actual patient. Then they never have the time or answers for you. Call are never returned. Physician's cannot take or return calls. Their locations are negligent of the elderly population and their specific needs.

I had the worst experience a person can have at this location. Get ready for hours waiting to see a doctor even with appointment scheduled. Get ready to wait hours for a procedure. Do not be surprised if you get a bill with a wrong Code and responsible for a payment you do not own. They are Masters on this. I have had multiple experiences with doctors and medical centers but this one honestly exceeded the amount of bad experiences from the very beginning up to a phone call I never got waiting for an answer to my wrong billing code. There is no respect for people's time and zero ethics.

She was very personable and showed much care for my urgency in booking an appt and with a delight surprise I was booked in the same week to go and see my doctor. Cano Health in West Miami was highly recommended. My relationship with dentists is a long one so I am always skeptical. The Doctors and staff at the West Miami office did not disappoint. Camilo called me to confirm my appointment it was not a random text as many offices are now doing. I was happy to speak to him as he was kind and professional. Upon my arrival, I met with Camilo in person and Yani. I filled out my new patient forms. I than met with the office manager Arelys as she would be helping with my treatment plan and payments. Arelys is what every office manager should be, she is warm and welcoming. She will make sure that the treatment plan can be completed according to your budget and timelines.
I met with Dr. Carballo he was kind, professional and he understood the treatment that I would need (implants). Johana and Daylin both assisted with x-rays. After my exam and x-rays I met again with Arelys and we agreed on my treatment plan. I was so excited as the timing to complete the work and the cost exceeded my expectations.
My second visit I met with Dr. Gonzalez . Dr. Gonzalez was kind, professional and very knowledgeable, as Dr. Carballo was. Once again I was so pleased. For once, I know that the work that I need will be done by top notch professionals. I highly recommend the dentists and staff at Cano Health - West Miami.

Health care in general in s FL is a nightmare and a machine to scan insurance co while using patient as tools to collect money. Cano is not the exception. The actitude of the workers at any lever is the worst I have ever seen. It may take a week just to answer the phone. Rude employee with no interest towards any patient. They just imported 3rd world minds and give them a job there; therefore Cano health is just that.
