I had the best experience today. Jenny, Bionca, and Bianca are the girls at the front desk and they are so welcoming as they greet you with big smiles and are very accommodating. I was seen by nurse practitioner Natalia who is also very kind makes you feel very comfortable and she is very thorough. I'm very happy I chose this office.

Pathetic staff of RUDE and offensive running the office. Previous Physicians assistants have all left for reasons that probably had to deal with a dysfunctional Medical Practice- Do NOT go to these people! You will be treated poorly and overcharged for any frivolous fee they can fabricate.

I wanted to share my experience at the doctor's office. While the doctors and nurses, especially Dr. Weiner and his assistant, were wonderful, I had a negative interaction with the front desk staff, particularly Jenny.

There was a mix-up with my appointment time due to a miscommunication, and Jenny assumed it was my fault without checking the schedule. When I arrived, she was on her phone for several minutes before acknowledging me and was quite rude during our conversation, which made me feel unwelcome.

However, the rest of the front desk staff I encountered after my bloodwork were friendly and helpful, which helped improve my overall visit. Given my background in hospitality and customer service, I suggest addressing the issues with Jenny, as her attitude sets an unpleasant tone for patients.
