I've been seeing these sweet, caring,smart set of Dr's. for 3-4 years, and going thru the madness that my psoriasis brings me, I dont ever want to be without them. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is fighting their madness alone I couldn't tell anyone that they could find anyone better, so you beautiful, smart people just keep doing what your doing, because you do one he'll of a job. and I love each and everyone of you for what you do.

Wonderful experience with Dr.Striker and his nurse, competent, efficient, made sure I was doing ok through out the procedure and explain everything.The office staff are always friendly as well.

Always greeted so warmly by the receptionist. She is very good at helping me to schedule next appointment at a time best for me.
Evelyn, the nurse, was very punctual and professional in asking questions that would aid Ms. SavannahWomack, PA-C in diagnosing problems. She was very caring and took care of problems with explanations of what she was doing. Plus telling me about new prescriptions that would be ordered. She also let me know when prescriptions were sent to our pharmacist.
Looking forward to returning in February.

Came in to check if a mark was malignant, turned out to be fine. They offered to remove a wart, by freezing. Three-to-five visits later and it's still there, same as always; stopped going when I realized they were just farming me for co-pay over a benign wart.

Find out later they sent me to collections for 'surgical removal of a lesion,' which is *still very much on my finger,* so I disputed it. They then suddenly badger me through email for a checkup because they're concerned I haven't shown up in a while? C'mon.

Yeah the pastebin response isn't really helping.

Rhonda and I had our annual visit. It was first time in the new location in Enterprise and everything is top touch and the staff is very, very friendly and helpful.

Today's experience was an exception as I have received prompt care over the many years I have used these folks.
Today my appointment was 8:30 AM and I arrived early. I was taken to an exam room at approximately 8:35 AM where I sat for about 45 minutes before being seen by the practitioner. I expressed my unhappiness with the wait ensuring she knew my time is valuable to me. I can understand an excessive delay if there was a medical emergency but there was none. Even with an excessive delay, I expect the courtesy of someone periodically updating me on the status and no updates were received. To add insult to injury, the practice sent a prescription for two medications to Walgreens in Troy, AL. I live in Enterprise and have never used the Troy pharmacy. I did not request a prescription and one of the medications is not one I take. I contacted these folks, speaking to Ashley and she said she would correct the prescription issue and pass my concerns about excessive wait time to her supervisor. The unneeded and unrequested prescription appeared on my Walgreen account web page so had to contact the Enterprise Store (Ken) who said he would transfer them from Troy to Enterprise and place them in my history should I ever need them. Too much of my time was spent correcting someone's mistakes. The only upside is that everyone I dealt with during my appointment was polite and professional even though no one could give me a reason for the excessive wait time.
Received a reply asking that I contact them by phone. That was already done this morning and one of their supervisors is already working on the issue.
