Aquatic balance therapy is truly improving my quality of life. Falls and balance problems following surgery and another medical condition were creating safety issues that could not be ignored. After previous unsatisfactory experiences with standard physical therapy, I sought out an alternative and was fortunate to learn that aquatic therapy was available in this area. It's amazing how guided movement in a pool makes exercise possible with minimal pain and stress. The therapists are experts in evaluating problems and designing treatment plans. I highly recommend learning about the benefits and talking with your doctor about H2O-4-Life Aquatic and Balance Rehab.

I was a client for a couple of years as I had my left knee replaced and within a year I had to have it replaced again due to being allergic to the glue they used in replacing the artificial knee. SO regular PT did very little to provide me with functionality and balance due to this being the fifth knee surgery on my left knee for various reason - too much scar tissue. Water therapy was offered and I gladly thought why not, nothing else is helping that much. After my initial evaluation it was determined that I needed to improve my balance (I had very little) and increase the function of my knee. This had the best affect on my knee by allowing me to function easier in the water which increased the flexibility of my knee. My balance was improved immensely and helped to increase my use of my legs. I have been an athlete my whole life and being sidelined due to having a replacement and revision within one year I would have been in deep depression but the water therapy was something I could do and see the improvements. Each of the professional members of my care team were absolutely wonderful. I have been able to resume a fairly normal life for someone in their mid-70's, many things I cannot due because of the fear of further injury and necessary surgery again, I do what I can within those limits. The pool made all the difference for me as well as increasing my balance just to walk and get around to do my everyday tasks. I wish they were closer to me (North Port) to use their facilities but we have recently purchased an above ground pool which we will install in the coming fall when the hurricane season is closer to ending. I can't thank the staff enough for my new lease on life and movement.

This aquatic rehab is 2nd to none. They are very very good and the results are beyond expectations. I recommend them more than anyone who is getting back the motion of the body.

Last I knew this place was Freedom Rehab. I drove past facility and it was for sale. I was shocked. Never received an email, txt or any other notification Freedom was gone.

I’ve been in rehab for years dealing with a rare neurological disease. Been treated at many different places in several states and never experienced the kind of therapy offered at Freedom. While I am extremely grateful to all the other places for helping me learn to walk again, I have never had the one on one special attention I am receiving at Freedom. The staff is very professional and extremely knowledgeable while being friendly and personable. I love going to my sessions whereas I used to dread the idea of going to PT. It’s not only improving my physical being but my mental outlook as well. Thank you George, Allison and rest of staff for helping me regain my strength and lessen my pain. Your approach is fantastic and I highly recommend your services to anyone in need.

Freedom Rehab is a great place to improve mobility, strength, coordination, and stamina no matter what your cause might be. The staff is very pleasant, respectful, and accommodating. They listen and genuinely want to help you to improve your function and quality of life. Stephanie's smile just lights up your day. They water temperature is great, especially if you have aches and pains. They make exercise fun and stress free. Mike and Jodi are the absolute best. It's like going to a friend's house to exercise but you are having so much fun, you don't realize you are working out. I look forward to going to therapy.

What an amazing experience finding Freedom Rehab. Three months ago I could not walk without a walker or a cane. Today I have the confidence to do so. Cheryl is amazing, one day I walked into therapy with a pain level at a nine and when I left I was down to a two. She knows her stuff and is very caring. The rest of the staff are great too! thank you
