Horrible place. Dr and receptionists are rude and condescending . My daughter had a kidney stone and they made her wait 1 1/2 months before scheduling an appointment. Then told her it wasn’t a big deal and to go home and pass it. She insisted on treatment and the NP finally agreed. She had to wait another 18 days before getting treated. Each time she spoke to someone there (if they answered the phones) she was met with rudeness. One receptionist hung up on her after rudely answering her question. DO NOT go to this place!!!

The scheduler worked to get me in for initial consult due to ongoing kidney stone pain. I had a procedure done at the hospital by Dr. Brand, which went very well. Follow-up went well also. Staff and providers are professional and caring in my experience.

I was told by my doctor that I needed to get a biopsy on my prostate and was given a prescription to take before and I'm no one ever called me to get the biopsy I've called 7 times to get the biopsy and no one would answer the phone in the department I've not heard from anyone about my procedure I can see why they only got 2 and half Stars what away to take care of your patients

I work non emergency medical transport -took a patient to this location 6-19-24 . This is the SLOWEST Dr office ever !!! You'll wait atleast 1 hr to two before they decide to see you. . Ridiculous wait . Be prepared to waste 1/2 a day if you decide to come . Foreign Dr's and slow af .

I love dr brand and am so grateful for him. The issue is that making an appointment can be as frustrating as calling DCF! I called to reschedule my sons appointment for a catheter change and my call was transferred elsewhere. Rang several times and someone picked up and hung up without even saying hello. Called back and legit listened to the phone ring for 26 minutes?! Hung up and called back and talked to the sweetest woman in the world named Jessica. She went above and beyond to get someone on the phone for me to reschedule and didn’t just transfer me. Please make sure this gem of a woman sticks around and hire more people like her <3. You were about to get 3 stars but she for sure knocked it back up to 4

I had a terrible experience with this facility. They told me I did not have an infection and the very next day I ended up in the ER because of an infection. Also the specialist advised me they were going to schedule different test and refer me out then after going back and fourth with scheduling because the orders were never put in the clinic advised me that the specialist would not put the orders in and I had to go to my primary care. Compassion, and thoroughness is severely lacking at this facility .
