All the staff was amazing!!! From my nurse and his jokes that helped me through my anxiety and the Dr that was friendly and professional to the radiation technician who held my hand while the dye was being injected!! I can’t say enough good things they were so amazing and so sweet I will never forget them!!!

I was actually there twice in a couple of days for a mandolin cut. Probably the best customer service I’ve ever had at a medical facility. One of the nurses from my first visit came by the second time to see how I was and to ask what we ended up having for dinner since that’s when I cut my finger. So nice. And both doctors were awesome. Hope I never have to use them again, but I can highly recommend them!

I went to the Destin ER. Was seen in a short time. security guard at front desk was very helpful. The nurse, Emilee was kind and efficient. Shortly Shay a X-ray technician came in and took a lot of x-rays. Then I had to fill out a computer screen with a bunch of information. Soon Dr. Padilla came in and told me the results of the X-rays. I was given a wrist splint and sent in my way. The facility was very clean. I left with a full history of my visit. Five stars

Honestly one of the best experience I have ever had going to get checked out. Nicest staff professional friendly on top of their game.never had a Doctor thank me for allowing him to take care me and trust him with my health and he took the time to make you feel like your health was important and not just walk in and ask a couple of questions and prescribe a medication and walk out. I have been in Destin for ten years and this was the first time I had been in. Would definitely recommend if your in the area and need medical attention stop in your in good hands. Thank you !

I received very prompt and efficient care while in the ER for ongoing nausea, vomiting and dyspepsia. I am grateful to the hospital for providing services, and specifically to the ER staff for the quick assessment and administration of IV fluids and medication to help with the symptoms. I was vacationing in Destin, and certainly had not planned an emergency, but am grateful for HCA and the fine staff. Thank you!!!!!

Came to the ER tonight with Severe Chest Pain. I do have an extensive cardiac history to include having a pacemaker and a history of two heart attacks in the past. Upon arrival to the ER I was immediately greeted by Paul RN (Charge RN) who placed me in a room attached monitors obtained an EKG, initiated an IV and drew labs. I wasn’t in the room five minutes and Dr. Williams was at my bedside assessing me and started a work up. Due to my history and having the chest pain even though it took some time the transferred me to Fort Walton Beach Medical Center for further treatment and so Cardiology could see me for further evaluation. The entire time I was at Destin ER Paul RN, was beyond wonderful frequently checking in on me and making sure I was as comfortable as possible. As an ER nurse myself with over 22 years experience I have to say that HCA Destin ER is one of the best facilities I’ve ever been to and huge thanks to both
