The physical requirements and wear and tear of a 26-year military career left me with quite a few physical issues and limitations. After seeing four different physical therapists, a chiropractor, various massage therapists, and an acupuncturist, I saw little significant, lasting improvement. Admittedly, with the cumulative damage I have suffered, I am a complex and difficult medical case (arthritis in various joints, hip labral tears, inflammation, muscle dysfunction, etc.).

I decided to forgo the VA system and seek treatment at my own expense. I found ReNew PT during an internet search. I was drawn to the idea of the different treatment approach ReNew PT offered. It has turned out to be the most impactful medical decision I have ever made.

Laura was recommended by a friend for some bad foot pain I dealt with for close to a year. I had never heard of the particular technique she used and was curious to see how it worked. I’ll say the results were unbelievable. The relief I experienced in areas that had bothered me for years has me feeling better than I have in a long time. Laura really cares and it shows. I am not a usual proponent for physical therapy, however when my should gave me consistent pain and refused to self correct I reached out to Laura. The issue was affecting my sleep, my workouts, and even basic activities. Over the course of a few sessions, she gradually rehabbed my shoulder back to 100%.
