I would actually give 0 stars if it were an option. Their billing office is terrible, I've been fighting a wellness visit that my insurance paid for, even bringing in the proof from my insurance company 2x and they still continue to "update " my account with the $220 charges. You cannot get a hold of anyone in the billing department because the voice mail is full and then unfortunately you have to contact the receptionist who to be fair were more than helpful, but clearly unable to fix said issue. Also my primary MD retired from last year and when going in recently for an issue was seen by a PA who had 0 listening skills.

I had a great experience with Tayanna Lawlor, the staff, and the office, but it was short-lived. Unfortunately, Tayanna Lawlor left the practice. I had difficulty finding her due to Kanan's lack of information letting current patients know she had left. Luckily, I found her at Advent Health in New Smyrna Beach near I-95.

1. The office manager at the Nsb location is border line disrespectful and needs to be trained on customer service.
2. Her boss told the rep he’d get in touch with me however I guess he really didn’t care and never did- “apparently the owner”
3. This office has one Dr and the place closes down when she’s not in- I called 3 times last week on different days to address what I have going on and the phone keeps ringing and no option for voicemail.
4. I called today- no answer the phone kept ringing. What the heck guys.

Conclusion- this a small office with a Dr who cares while no one else does. The other staff members are either not responding or make you feel terrible for calling about your health and ruining the experience for the patients. After the owner didn’t hold up to his word these issues started making more sense.

It’s frustrating having to switch Dr office, you guys are supposed to make dealing with health issues better for patients not worse.
I’d advise everyone to go to an established office and consider this one once they address their issues. Or change owners.

I’ve been going to this office for a year or so and recently a new doctor started and it has been so much more warm and inviting since! The office staff are so caring and kind and understanding to patients! It’s such a delight to have a nice family practice that you can get in same day if something is wrong! I’m very appreciative.

They went above and beyond helping me to get a referral to the only Vertigo Chair in Florida that can determine what I need. The people that manage the facility where this Chair is located were clueless on what they needed. Debbie and staff helped me get it done even though it took numerous emails to finally get what they needed. Thanks for all you did

The Altamonte office billed me $125 for a visit with Dr Dan Ivvarry in NSB office I NEVER went to because the Dr called in sick that day! I have been fighting with the billing dept for 2 1/2 years even saw Dr Dan in person to get him to fix this. I pay the front desk before the Doc will even see me, and they can't cleat up this simple billing error? I give Dr Dan a 10 but Kenan a zero.

The 5 star review that I made below is no longer valid. So many changes and in my opinion, none of them good.
The PA Dr Chris retired, I had an appointment one day and arrived only to find the doors locked. I called the main office and they said, "oh, sorry, someone should have called you, do want to come back tomorrow?" It also took multiple requests from me to get results of tests that I had done back in February. Amazing how fast thier quality has deteriorated. All in all, I will no longer risk my care with them & the main office in Altamonte seems beyond clueless.

Courteous & professional and very importantly, gentle with the covid swab!

My first visit here to see the dermatologist was awesome. My second experience with this office was awful before I even got there. Less than 24 hours before my appointment, they call me and tell me to call them back and give no indication as to why. This appointment has been scheduled for almost two weeks. I call the morning of the appointment and the girl tells me, I need to call my insurance to list the doctor as my primary care doctor, so they can bill the insurance company. This is something I’ve never had to do before with previous insurances. You pick your primary and go to doctor and was told the same thing with this current insurance and she continues telling me it’s so they can bill the insurance company, putting the emphasis on billing. I call my insurance, and the rep says we like to have it, but it doesn’t have to be on there for us to pay the bill. The office can bill us without the doctor’s name being on there. The girl in the office also said to me “oh, your appointment is today”, like it was going to be a problem and my insurance company told me it’s effective immediately. So this office is making something out of nothing and they could have just mentioned it when I came in, instead I cancelled my appointment and am considering finding a new primary care physician.
