MAKE SURE THEY PUT YOUR INSURANCE INFO CORRECTLY!

I came in for a doctors visit so I could get antibiotics for my sinus infection. I gave my insurance info and got my medication. A few weeks later, I got a bill almost double the amount for a regular doctor's visit because this office incorrectly put the wrong info, so my claim was denied. I tried several times to contact them to fix their error, but for over a week, I couldn't reach anyone until they charged my card. Then when they finally picked up the phone and corrected the info. I waited almost two months but still no refund. It wasn't until I called again and told them to refund me to actually get the money back. This would have stayed a five-star review if they put the right info or picked up the phone.

Great experience both visits to this Urgent Care. The check in girls are super sweet and the wait isn’t too bad. The providers have been excellent and I’m so glad this place exists. I’m a snowbird and can’t get into any office for months so this place really is a godsend.

Excellent Experience! The staff was caring, the physicians assistant and the nurse were so attentive when I felt so bad. The wait time was not bad at all. My medication‘s were called in right away. This will be my go to if I cannot get in to see my primary care.

I took my 2 year old son in on a Saturday for an ear infection. We were probably in the facility for a total of 20 minutes. Everyone working there (including the doctor) was extremely efficient and friendly. We are here on vacation, so the last thing I wanted to do was spend a day in a clinic with a sick child. Luckily, i didn’t have to do that! Great experience!

The "specialist" made my wound - burn injury - WAY WAY worse than before. I had a burnt wound/scar, no huge pain, not swollen, I was okay with it. After the visit, swollen, pain increased by 200%, looks like s..t after two days. The place is nice, but the doctor is ridiculous. Thank you for your service! You, who is reading this. Be good for yourself and avoid this place at ANY cost. It's an Urgent disaster, not an Urgent care.

Highly recommend! The staff was so friendly, and it was quick and easy! We were here for a horse show and our daughter felt an ear infection coming on! They got her right in!

I’ve been coming to this Urgent Care for almost 10 years and I love the nurses and doctors at this office. However, I’ve never been treated with such disrespect in any doctor's office in my life as I experienced today. The way I was treated by the front office staff was appalling. I truly couldn’t believe the way I was being spoken to by the front office staff. For example, I was told she was trying to run my card for my copay but I won’t stop talking” because she was asking me questions that required me to answer! As well as commenting “whatever” when I said I’d be placing a formal complaint to the manager for how I was being treated as a patient. I had a sick child, in tears from pain in her throat and this woman’s behavior had her in tears the entire visit due to the abuse. Bottom line, I come to this Urgent Care for the convenience and quality of care received in the past. I won’t be back after this. I have family and friends that go to other urgent care locations in Venice and have a positive experience so I will be going to one of those locations in the future. In addition, I’m in the process of selecting a new PCP, but I will avoid this group for that as well. The front desk is the face of the business so I’d recommend looking into the issue. Especially since when I complained to the nurse she mentioned the numerous complaints coming in from patients about the front desk. I will be sharing my story with local friends and family so they don’t suffer the same experience.
