Dr. Ham and Dr. Chapman provide thorough and gentle comfort and care to our beloved dog (and dogs of our past). They give us all options for procedures and medication, take time and attention to focus on our concerns and treat our boy with respect and patience. The vet nurses and technicians are specially trained to handle fearful and anxious animals. The prices are reasonable and they generally run right on time. We love them and Ripley does too!

I love Midbay! Dr. Ham has been taking great care of my two dogs for years. My dogs are NOT easy patients and the staff has been unfailingly patient and kind with us. They are always willing to talk through an issue and take the time to work with our fearful dogs at our own pace. They are transparent and reasonable about their pricing, and their desk staff are very friendly. They stay very busy, so there sometimes may be a wait, but it’s worth the wait.

Dr. Ham is amazing. My family & I have been coming here since we moved to the area and they have always been so caring and helpful. We unfortunately had to euthanize our Pomeranian and they were so compassionate and wonderful to us and our dog during such a tough process. I recommend this vet to everyone! ☺️

I got accused by the doctor of being negligent because my dog chewed through his cone and to his stitches. I hadn’t left his side since the surgery just in those ten minutes he was in his kennel. I was quoted $548 to get them resutured. I had already spent $400 the day before to get neutered. When I called the office manager to explain what happened , she interrupted me and I asked her not to interrupt me, to let me explain. I wasn’t even given the opportunity to speak. Then she hung up on me. Now, I’m going to go to a different vet to get him resutured. I explained to the new vet how I was treated and was told it would not be near $500 to get it resutured and that they should have been more understanding because these things happen.
Midbay vet are nice to you until they are not. They were extremely kurt, rude and insulting. I posted the text conversation of them assuming I took my dog’s cone off and should have called them to ask for a new one and that I could also get one from the pet store… I had zero opportunity to rectify the problem without being insulted by them right away. I wish I had went somewhere else.

Jax my dog was very sick and Dr Yeager and Nina and entire staff were so professional and after all x-rays and bloodwork we decided it was best he went to doggy heaven. I can't thank you enough for your kindness and beautiful card with his paw prints. His urn is awesome too he was the best. GD

We took our two dogs, Apollo (a German Shepherd) and Archer (a Lab mix), to Midbay Vet Clinic for several years, and they were absolutely amazing! The team always took their time with Archer, who can be a bit nervous with new people and settings, making sure he felt comfortable. Anytime we had any unexpected issues, they were able to see us quickly and provided fantastic + personalized service every time.

We recently moved from Niceville to New Hampshire and were heartbroken to leave the Midbay team behind. Thank you so much for everything you've done for us and for supporting our boys over the years!

So grateful we found Midbay Veterinary Hospital! We were referred here & it has been a wonderful experience after starting with a "big box" national chain vet's office. I had concerns about my puppy that the previous vet didn't listen to. I expressed the concerns during the first visit & guess what - they actually listened to me! They suspected particular ailments based on his symptoms & tested for such. Because of their knowledge, compassion & professionalism he has a great quality of life & is a happy, healthy 3 year old pup. We love Midbay!!

I woke up and found my cat actively seizing on the floor and immediately rushed him to the vet. After several denials, $1,200 deposits required and no’s from other vets I drove past Midbay and walked in and all I could get out was “save him”. Immediately the staff took my baby kitty and because of them he is home now. I cannot thank the team and doctors at Midbay and I highly highly recommend them as they are true healthcare workers who took an oath to save animals no matter what. Thank you Midbay. (They even gave him a blanket for the ride home.)
