I waited briefly in a comfortable waiting room. The technician called me in, gave me her name, was friendly and explained the procedure and expected timing. Everything went as expected and I was on my way. She made a not terribly exciting or pleasant experience PETscan) go very satisfactorily. No complaints from me.

I've been to the Venice location numerous times over the last 17 years for tests for myself and family members. Although a bit older the facility is always clean and tidy. I like the fact the waiting room has a large screen t.v. that plays cute animal videos (helps take the edge off while waiting to be tested), and the time spent in the waiting room has never been unreasonable. Lastly, the staff there has always been pleasant, kind, helpful, and professional.

I’ve been to RAVE in Venice a few times and each experience has been very positive. I had a CT scan today, 12/23. Everyone I came in contact with was extremely professional and friendly. I arrived a little early and was promptly checked in by a very pleasant lady. I was going to take a seat in waiting area when Christine called my name. We went in and she got my IV ready. She was professional, efficient and friendly. She then immediately took me to the CT area. I was pleasantly greeted there and situated for the scan. The procedure was clearly explained to me. The scan took place and I was released. The entire process was extremely efficient and pleasant. I can highly recommend RAVE.

Vince, was very efficient and friendly.
The technician who gave me the MRI was outstanding. Very nice and friendly and calming. He assured me that if at any time I was uncomfortable, I could push the button and he would stop the test and come into the room. Special people doing a fabulous job! Thank you!

From the moment of arrival, the front desk staff make everyone feel comfortable and at ease. Then the technicians that do the scans take over and also do a great job of putting us at ease, explaining everything and making an uncomfortable situation, as comfortable as possible. That's the way medical facilities should work.
