I cannot speak praises high enough of my NP Lori, who I have worked with for about a year. She has taken the time to truly listen to my symptoms, help me work through medication changes at a comfortable pace, suggested invaluable testing, and got me to a place of stability. Lori is fun, friendly, realistic, and good at her job. Her other patients and I are lucky to have her.

Extremely friendly staff as well— whenever I’ve had a problem or needed a refill they have promptly responded (even quite late at night!) and taken care of it with kindness. The platform itself is easy to use with no major technical difficulties coming to mind and the text reminders for appointments are very helpful. Thank you all at Orenda for being here with me through this season of life. You are appreciated more than you know!

I’ve had a great experience with Lindon, and highly recommend him to patients. He goes above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable, and is great to talk to! I haven’t encountered difficulties in scheduling appointments, as the overall team has been very speedy in responding to my appointment requests.

I’ve had fair experience with practitioners but to echo earlier reviews: the admin is so awful that it makes seeing them not worth it.

On multiple occasions I’ve had appointments canceled without notification and I’m unable to fill my prescriptions. There’s no urgency or respect from the admin staff.
Additionally getting in touch with them is almost impossible and the call always seems to drop once I’m off hold.

It’s clear profit is a priority not my psychical or mental health so I’ll be seeking care elsewhere.

What a great practice! I see NP Patrice and she’s everything I hoped for, she’s been empathetic and thoughtful but also firm and direct in her feedback. Her style really suits me, I get the direction I need and always a laugh too! She’s really helped me with my mental health, I appreciate her reasonable caution with prescribing, and I also appreciate her holistic focus on non-pharmaceutical interventions as well. The Orenda office staff have also been very helpful and responsive, all my requests are resolved within the day and everyone has been very kind and professional. I highly recommend!

They have good practitioners but the administrative bureaucracy is so awful that it makes seeing them not worth it.

My credit card was reissued, and I got a text after my last appointment stating that they hadn't been able to charge my card, and that I needed to submit a payment authorization form with my new card. I submitted the form immediately.

Somehow my next appointment was still cancelled, and my medication is nearly out. It feels incredibly insulting to sit on hold to sort this out and hear a recorded voice claiming that my mental health is their top priority when I am almost out of my medication during a very critical period at my job because of their error in cancelling my appointment.

To make matters worse, when you call to try to speak with someone about scheduling an appointment, you get an answering machine. If you press 4 for billing, you get straight through to a person!! Wow, my mental health seems very important to this office!!

Great experience receiving care from William da Silva. He's caring, makes time, is flexible and is an expert in his field. I immediately clicked with him during our first session and it's been about a year that I've been receiving care from him. He's a great therapist and a hard find, I'm lucky to be under his care, especially during a rough patch in my career. He's been really helpful.

I'll preface this by saying my provider Sharon Ostiguy is so, so wonderful — my experience with her, specifically, has been lovely, and she is so attentive and helpful. Orenda Psychiatry itself, however, is a nightmare. TWICE now (and I've only had four appointments total), I've sat in the virtual waiting room for an hour with no communication from anyone, only to find out — when I finally called the office myself — that my appointment had been cancelled without my knowledge. I had received multiple confirmation texts, emails, etc. for both appointments the evening before, and I signed on to each appointment on time.

In the first instance, I was told there was an issue with my insurance and my provider's credentials, which is why my appointment was canceled. I asked to be provided with a list of alternate providers, which Orenda said was no problem and that they'd send it that day. I never received that list.

I understand things come up and insurance issues arise, and I appreciate that this office provides call, email, and text options, but the fact that Orenda did not notify me of any change in either instance is ridiculous, incredibly frustrating, and woefully inconsiderate. Had I not called eventually, I'd have sat in that waiting room for hours without a clue. If you can send multiple confirmation emails and texts, you can send a quick note about calling the office to reschedule.

Finding this place was timely and godsend. They had a great diverse group of providers to choose from and when my OG pick wasn’t available, they shared someone they felt was similar. I get along great with them and the meetings and emails are seamless. Paying and setting up follow up appointments is easy.
