Very impressed with professionalism of medical staff. Scheduling of appointments have made my rehabilitation as easy as possible. Everyone has the same goal, to provide quality medical assistance for recovery and care. I have nothing but extremely positive comments about how I was treated during my recovery! Rochelle and Mike are great. Low key vibes, but they get great results. I've been to various physical therapists over the last ten years and this location is the absolute best. From the workouts to manual manipulation, manual therapies, dry needling, cupping, etc. I'm healing faster than ever before, which is great. 10/10 would highly recommend.

I can't say enough about the staff and the care I have received here. I was referred to Dr. Michael after being in a car accident and sustaining a long-term condition due to the accident. From the beginning he explained what my injury entailed, what I could expect, the treatment plan along the way, the avenues to pursue, etc., all with easy-to-understand instruction and explanation during the several different stages of my recovery process. Thanks to his expertise, lots of exercises he assigns, and the techniques such as dry needling, I've seen a light at the end of the tunnel and have been doing exponentially better! He truly cares about his patients as do the entire staff. They are friendly, knowledgeable and patient and they have all made it a positive experience every step of the way! The Doctors and Office staff at this location are incredible. The Dr. Michael takes the time to listen to you describe your problems and works hard to get you as close to 100% as possible. Some other offices treated me with a one size fits all old people solution without finding out the activities I was involved in. For example, I was regularly working out 2 hours a day plus martial arts. Another pt office had me doing workouts for a very sedate person. Another office gave me a leg brace, told me to wear it all the time, and called it good. I'm very grateful to have found this office and Dr. Michael. He tried several different treatments including dry needling, to help me manage pain and get the muscles to loosen up. Combined with the workouts. I'm pretty close to getting back to most of my activities. I definitely recommend finding this particular office.

I came to Primetime Physical Therapy (Niceville, Fl) with neck/shoulder pain, frequent migraines, and the inability to get a good nights rest. The staff there has always been very friendly and receptive. Michael has helped me tremendously with exercises that help with strengthening my unstable joints, deep muscle work, etc... I am happy to report that have noticed a considerable difference in my joint stability as well as my sleeping! I was referred here for rotator cuff problems. Rochelle has been just the best. She is very flexible and understanding. Very personable and does her best to make sure you get the best treatment while you are there. Im very thankful for her and the staff in niceville. Her recommended exercises helped me tremendously.
