All staff members I interacted with were amazing. The lady who checked me in is very compassionate and has a great deal of patience, very helpful. The nurse who did my vitals and administered my shot was very pleasant and detail oriented. PA Michelle Fallis has excellent bedside manner and she listens. Very nice experience all the way from start to finish. In and out, didn't have a long wait. A+++

Would give zero stars if I could. Wanted to switch to a female doctor to make it more comfortable for me as a patient. Called at least 3 times and got different responses. First time they said they will keep a note and someone will call me back (they never did). So I called again, they said the note was never put in their system and told me they will keep a note of it. Called another time and they said it doesn’t work that way and I needed to get my blood test first to switch doctors (that did not make sense but I obliged and asked for the earliest time, they weren’t able to let me know). Called AGAIN and they said patients can’t switch doctors in this office. Not to mention the front desk who answered the phone has rude and condescending when I was nothing but respectful. I even apologized for being an inconvenience. An absolute joke. Do better.

What a joke. I go to the doctor for a physical, my session was 5 minutes, 4 of which he was asking me for subcontractor recommendations for their building. The other 1 he looked at my ears and eyes. That’s all he did. Then recommends me an x-ray. The one x ray clinic in Venice had their machine down, so they sent me to the other one in Venice. The other one in Venice is a 2 hour wait. They tell me to call this number to schedule an x-ray. I call the number and reach the radiology scheduling department. The scheduling department then tells me they don’t schedule and recommends I go to the location who’s x-ray machine is down. I tell them I was there and there machine is down, they said I’m wrong, but I can go to the other one in Venice, they only have 1 patient ahead of me. I tell them I was just there and it’s a 2 hours wait. They insist I’m a liar. I ask to speak to a supervisor and am hung up, this happens the next 3 times I called as well. Then I say if you can’t schedule me can you send me to a x-ray place that does schedule. They claim those don’t exist and they can’t provide referrals. Never been to a medical group so incompetent, couldn’t imagine trying to get treatment there if I actually had an ailment.

Definitions
Radiology- the science dealing with X-rays and other high-energy radiation, especially the use of such radiation for the diagnosis and treatment of disease.

Scheduling- arrange or plan (an event) to take place at a particular time.

So how a radiology scheduling department doesn’t schedule is beyond me.

This is the most unorganized lab I have ever seen. My appt was at 11:30 but I did get in until almost 12:15 because of the incompetence of the front desk. I will not use them again. There is no communication at all.

Doesn't matter if I call right when they open, or later during the day, or if they have 1 person in the lobby, when you ask they will always tell you that they have a 2hr wait time....Do you only have 1 room in the back? Like what is going on? Don't even get me started with the fact that even though they close at 6 they wont see you within an hour of their closing, why are you even open till 6 then if you refuse to see patients?

Go here basically every time I'm sick. I've been here at least 4 times in the past year. I haven't had a bad experience or long wait time like the other review says.
