Jennifer High my physical therapist did an outstanding job of painlessly rehabilitating my shoulder. Prior to going to Select Physical Therapy in Niceville, I tried the advice of other physical therapist on the internet without any real improvement. Jennifer evaluated my range of motion, and they prescribed particular exercises which she covered in detail how to do correctly. At the end of the session she printed out all the exercises for me to take home, as well as a link to Select Physical Therapy website where I could log onto. The webpage was tailored just for me covering only the exercises I was shown, and video clips showing how to do them. I could daily track my progress also. Incidentally the facility was well laid out, and clean. Anyhow, it was well worth it because my shoulder is as good as new.

Select Care is a wonderful therapy facility!
The two therapists that have worked with me are certainly worthy of praise and respect for their caring and knowledgeable help!
They kindly engage in encouraging conversations about how to improve my health and wellbeing while making me feel like part of their family! I am grateful and excited at how I believe this will help me improve my balance and strength!

Jennifer is an absolutely incredible physical therapist. She is extremely knowledgeable about her craft and has crafted a routine that is both challenging and has been instrumental in teaching me about my new normal. Her intensive and patient work with my extreme balance issues has been a godsend. She also listens to her patients and takes notes, which is something that is rare among health care providers. I am extremely thankful for her.

It was my first visit to Select Physical Therapy. Deborah Goodwin, PT was wonderful. I thought I was being sent just for Dry Needling, but I learned there is more to it. She educated me on the process to get to that point. I have severe back pain. I had to be convinced to go here in the first place, because of a horrindeous PT that injured my back further. Today, I learned that PT is part of the process. Deborah was very reassuring that they would not hurt me. She was not push about it, and said I could have plenty of time to think about id. I decided that I could not wait due to the severity of pain I am in. She even got me all set up. Catherin was caring, listened, and did a through evaluation. with a little soft tissue massage because she noticed some places were extremely tight. I am anxious to get on the road to less pain.
