I can’t say enough great things about my experience at FYZICAL Therapy! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for by the entire staff. The highlight of my experience was working with Jenny Cary, an exceptional physical therapist who is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also genuinely invested in her patients' recovery.
Jenny’s personalized approach to therapy made a world of difference for me. She took the time to understand my specific needs, created a customized care plan, and explained everything in a way that gave me confidence in the process. Her encouragement and expertise has helped me regain strength and mobility faster than I expected.
The facility itself is clean, well-equipped, and offers a supportive environment that makes every session enjoyable. I will never come here again. Pam made me feel uncomfortable that I brought my baby with me (my husband is deployed) and said I would need to strap her into the stroller and let her cry while I do exercises. I am not comfortable with that. She is cold hearted and downright mean and no one likes her. Even my baby hates her. The only good thing about this place is Michelle. She is a saint and she helped me so much with my pelvic floor issues and I hope she has enough self respect to take her talents elsewhere. The receptionist has always been rude and is terrible at her job, never returning phone calls or letting you know if there’s a cancellation; therefore wasting your time. Also, if you have to cancel due to a snow storm or you accidentally arrive early and have to reschedule, Pam will be vindictive and try to get even with you by saying you have to call back daily to get an appointment and won’t schedule you anymore visits. I will not be doing any of that, thanks though.

5 Star for my Therapist Michele. I'll only be going back for her patient care. I just need to get past the front desk worker Christina that is fully responsible for this 1-star rating. Pamela, the staff manager on site is rated at 3-stars because all she did was make excuses why her front desk worker Christina didn't call me 2 weeks in a row to schedule appts. I'm sure there's other staff that fills in when she's gone so just fix your scheduling problem you have.
Now to Christina. I can't sugarcoat this. I was trying to explain my dislike of their automated system that sends out text messages and emails when appts are not set the week prior and she no kidding interrupted me 3 times while trying to finish 2 sentences. interrupting All that did was piss me off.
I started by saying: I might not be back due to their automated system. It makes us do at home what she should do at work. (That's what I started but before I could get to the second sentence, that's where she cut me off 3 times.)
She says: I can cancel your remaining appts.
I say: let me finish.
She says: I can cancel your remaining appts.
I say 3rd time: Can I finish a sentence before you interrupt me?
AND YES, she did it again and I just think she wanted to push my temper because she knew she failed me 2 weeks straight. The hysterical thing is that I didn't have any follow up appts to cancel because of her. 🤣
Nothing to cancel....

That's when I put their sign in roster clipboard back on their 6 inch counter that doesn't fit the clipboard (dumb). The clipboard slid off and into her area.
I requested an apology from Christina to Pamela. Funny... Pamela replied with a comment that suggested that Christina told her I threw the clipboard at her. Now she qualifies for lying to her boss. Build those jobs skills Christina, you have the power to listen and respond. God gave you 2 ears and 1 mouth. Don't let your mouth stop your common sense to listen first and that will get you better promotions for your future.
If I see this doesn't get to the right people and Pamela responds, then I'll hunt for corporate to get them the complaint. Too many times the mid level people don't want to fix things. Corporate might care to know before it gets worse.

I probably like most thinking "this is not going to be fun", but I actually didn't have an issue with any part of my treatment. The staff is top notch, they pushed you through the exercises, but more incouragement than push. I would highly recommend them to anyone

Wonderful facility. Recently had my second knee replacement. Staff at Fyzical is very professional while also caring and patient. Would highly recommend.

This PT group is the best by far that I've been to. They know their business and are tops at helping people get better. I would highly recommend this business. I drive 1 1/2 hours to get to them. They are that good.
