Dr. Jordan was my primary care physician for approximately 13 years when I lived in Alabama. I recently moved to Texas and will have a difficult time finding a doctor who will give me the same excellent medical care to which I have become accustomed. I strongly recommend Beverly Jordan to anyone seeking a highly skilled, knowledgeable and compassionate physician.

I would like to leave this review specifically for Dr Beverly Jordan. My wife was a long time patient of hers and would routinely keep her appointments. She became unsatisfied with the care they were providing her, they lacked care for her concerns, showed very little encouragement for her ongoing health issues. She has repeatedly told me that she felt like just a number and that they act like they don't have the time for her. She decided to discontinue her services and wanted to see another doctor instead. For some reason now another doctor at the EXACT SAME LOCATION won't accept her as a patient because they just said NO. No reason was given at all. It now feels like she has been blackballed and it is extremely unfair that she can't be accepted. They gave absolutely no reason why. When she asked them why they wouldn't accept her as a new patient they replied the Dr doesn't have to explain why. I can't confirm but I strongly feel like Dr Beverly Jordan's office had a lot to do with her no longer able to be seen at this location. She doesn't deserve the little two stars she receives. My wife is a very respectable nurse in her field of work and shows everyday the true values of bed side manner and care for her patients. It hurts my heart that this location is in charge of so many patients and these doctors get to just treat people as numbers regardless of how they feel. I pray this isn't happening to anyone else.

This location is listed both under United Healthcare & Tricare as an authorized provider. I had to spend forever on the phone playing ring around the policy for them to say "we're at capacity for both, we can't accept you". These medical providers don't understand the struggle it is trying to work & receive prompt healthcare in a timely manner. I'm a front facing member within my company & I received horrendous customer service. STAY FAR AWAY

Received some bad news that wouldn’t allow me to make my appointment. Called the front desk just after closing hours. Tried to let them know that I couldn’t make an appointment the next day. Left a message since it was after hours . Now that life is back to normal I tried to make that appointment again. Found out I will not be accepted as a new patient. If you have an appointment with this chick just make sure no one is scheduled to die on you. You will not be reconsidered.

My appointment was at 10:15. Sat in the waiting room for 1 hour and 20 minutes! Only to be called back to wait another 35 minutes and I'm being generous because I'm writing this review while still waiting for the Dr to come in!

I got lost on the way to my appointment and called for clarified directions. I arrived to the desk to check in 10 minutes before my appointment time with ALL of the new patient paperwork filled out and in my hand. Mind you one of their elevators was broken so I also had to wrangle my toddler up two flights of stairs, with an injured leg (which is what the appointment was for, a sports injury from a half marathon) I get in there, and provide my name and papers, the front desk lady rudely tells me that she can't check me in because I'm not 30 minutes early and I have paperwork to do. Her tone was harsh and brusque and she wouldn't even look at me. So I again try to show her my completed paperwork, apologize, and remind her that she just spoke to me on the phone not 10 minutes prior to help me locate them, as Google Maps took to me to the wrong building. I'm simultaneously trying to wrangle my toddler, to keep him in my arms so he's not running around. She cops an attitude and point blank tells me she's canceling my appointment, she had no kind of apology or empathy...again she won't even look at me.

Again let me remind you that it is still 10 minutes away from that time. She advises she can reschedule me in a month. I made this appointment for a sports injury!! I need to be seen, I had already waited 3 weeks for the appointment. Never in my life have I ever ran into someone at a medical professional office who acted that way or treated anyone that way. She threw out an irritated tone, rolled her eyes once and would just sit there in silence looking at her computer. I pleaded with her, literally pleaded with her to be seen. This woman wouldn't even make eye contact with me, not once, not from the first hello or from the point that I gave her my name.

At this point my toddler is even trying to say hello and talk to her to ask why I can't see the doctor, (in a friendly curious way) she ignores him, so he bends over the counter to try to say hello (innocently with a smile because he thinks she hasn't heard him) and of course she just ignores him and continue to sit there staring at her computer not saying anything, not offering anything, waiting for me to leave I presume.

People in the office are staring in disbelief, and someone even chimes in, "her appointment isn't even for another 10 minutes". Apparently everyone was listening. The lady at the front desk STILL says nothing. I'm almost in tears now, and I ask if she's kidding and if there's any way I can be seen, I've been in pain for weeks, she again says I can be seen in April. I reminded her its for an injury, that I've already waited 3 weeks and that I walked into the office with a limp even. She STILL says nothing and still hasn't made eye contact.
At this point I just turned and left and went to an urgent care. The urgent care doctor says I have a torn muscle that has likely pulled away from the bone and tendon and I have a referral for an xray and MRI on wednesday to verify. I was also referred to a sports physician in Dothan for physical therapy who will see me on Friday of this week. I was in and out and was treated quickly with dignity and respect at the urgent care near Walmart in Enterprise. There is no way in hell I'm giving Professional Mecial Associates my business, money, or time in the future. I am so embarrassed for this woman and her dimeanor. Her behavior was so incredibly unprofessional, unbecoming of a professional medical office, and her treatment of patients really tears down the image of this place as a reputable medical practice.
I was nothing but nice to her with smiles and apologies when I walked in and have never been treated so poorly in a professional setting. Working at Mcdonald's would be too good for this wretched woman. She was at the second computer from the door for the record of the office. I am embarrassed for this place. She needs to be removed from this position, as it is clearly not for her. She could care less about this practice's reputation or patient care.

This was the best doctor I've seen in this area, she works with me, she's very understanding. She was one of the first doctors to actually take me in and aid me and figure out I had Hashimotos thyroiditis. I'm so thankful for her staff and her help.

They have allot of people going through so it makes sense that the receptionist have to be straight forward and efficient. They don't write my scripts anyway. The medical staff more than make up for the front desk with their caring, compaction and professionalism. Thanks
