I was very impressed with the physician and staff here! I came in super sick with some kind of virus and recieved very professional and compassionate care. The doctor was very thorough and had a great bedside manner. Going to a clinic when you're feeling really low and being treated with kindness and compassion really makes such a difference. I am currently in the patient room waiting to be seen my the provider, but I did want to take the time to give a review about Patrick, the gentleman who took my vitals and did my intake. After Three (3) what I’ll call failed visits elsewhere, I finally found the absolute BEST and couldn’t compliment this business enough.. Codi, provided great customer service.. Danita provided top notch, customer service, triage and x-rays.. Holly Graves provided the utmost best care for me that I have encountered.. my only regret is that I didn’t find American Family Care to begin with.. and if any future health issues should arise, this is most definitely where I will be returning to and I sincerely thank the entire staff!!

I have been here twice. First for sickness with Albert. He is an awesome provider! He took time to listen and then made sure that I understood my diagnosis and the meds that he was prescribing. Second time, I saw Laurie for a DOT physical and she was extremely nice and got me through the physical in a timely manner.
Everyone front and back of house is super friendly. They are doing everything right here! I wish them the best for many years to come!

My son had been sick for a couple of days so I took him to be seen. Check in was super easy. They got us back very quickly considering the amount of people who were ahead of us. The medical assistant who worked with us, Patrick, was friendly and energetic. He ran the necessary tests. The PA was into see us as soon as the tests had been run. She gave us a diagnosis and got us on the road to recovery. Laurie is always awesome. We were in and out in less than an hour which is almost unheard of in most doctor’s offices. Everyone we encountered were amazing and kind.

This is the best place to go when you need to be seen right away. Check in is convenient, the front desk is by far the best in the area and everyone who has treated me has been top notch! Highly recommend!

I've been to AFC twice now. I like the way you can schedule a place holder so you'll know when you'll be seen. All the forms are on line so you can have everything done when you arrive and don't have to hold up being seen. All the staff are friendly and efficient. Both providers listened to my concern/complaint, were thorough in examination and explaining what they believed the problem to be. Both gladly answered my questions. One of the better urgent care facilities I've visited.

NP Holly was amazing! She answered all my questions and concerns and had great bedside manners. As for the clinic itself, the environment is very pleasant and the staff were all courteous. I was able to check in in a timely manner and was seen very shortly after. Very happy with my visit!
